Blizzard has just released their tenth batch of screenshots (see here if you missed the ninth) for hitting the 775k 'Like' mark. Once again, we've got the high resolution versions at our disposal here on DiabloFans.
Click the images to bask in the glory of the high resolution versions that you likely won't see anywhere else!
The first image is a concept drawing of a two-headed, four-armed Goatman (or Khazra) Spearthrower.
The second picture is a screenshot from that same unknown dungeon that we've seen previously, of the Wizard, using what looks to be the aftermath of either Arcane Orb or Slow Time, to fight an Unburied and two Walking Corpses.
25,000 more likes to go until the 800k mark where we can get some more images, and 9 more milestones until we hit the 1 million 'Like' goal. Go visit facebook.com/Diablo and 'Like' the page to speed the war effort!
dont condone it, but the watermark on this ones easy to remove. although this isnt a crazy detailed drawing, so the smaller resolution should work from facebook anyway for what your looking for.
:/ Are the high res pictures available through their facebook? I could do without the watermark I'm seeing here.
No, they aren't, they're exclusive to fansites. How does the watermark hidden in the lower corner of the screen hinder the screenshot at all? I'll make sure we avoid this next time.
I'm not being critical. I just have amassed most of the diablo 3 screens and I have never been fond of watermarks. personal preference. I don't see anything wrong with a fansite adding it, I just don't want to use them as wallpapers. /shrug
Very cool concept art. Screenshot is alright. If that is Arcane Torrent I think its the first look we've gotten of that skill.
If I'm not mistaken, you can actually see the arcane torrent skill in action at the 2:13 mark of the wizard cinematic. This looks more like the aftermath of arcane orb.
I just pray to god the graphics in the screen shot is not at its best possible....
I'd assume the official screens they release are maxed out graphics. This game is visually impressive. For me at least cause the Blizzcon demo I was fortunate to play was great looking. And that was the 2008 build.
New artwork, new screenshot and an awful lot of tweets for the past few days, looking really good so far.

I love all loot fest kind of game! I will be playing all of them for the next few years. Loot fest games I'm looking forward to: LotR: War in the North,Torchlight 2,Borderlands 2 and of course Diablo 3.

Most of the screenshots are from the Blizzcon 2010 demo, which iirc wasn't running on full graphics. And even if it was its pre-alpha, so its all very much subject to change.
I really prefer the term Khazra to "Goatmen". Goatmen sounds lame.
Goatmen is oldschool Khazra does have a better ring to it, though. I suppose Goatmen sounds more like it's out of a fairy tale, whereas Kazra defines them better as a rising civilization.
The artwork was a temporary mindfuck for me. I saw the top head, and then I looked down and I was like, why does it have so many arms? And then the other head popped out. ._.
Blizzard doesnt want you to skip content, so you can still rush but your gonna have to actually run through everywhere. Theres no problem in that. And i'll say i used mh in D2 for a bit, used mostly for rushing and mf runs, useful but yea (wish you could buy a map to reveal or something so that program wasnt necessary), without it, it wasnt that much longer since every1 could spam tele.
But back on topic, too many arms? I only see two.... even if they are on the same side
Cant wait to see this minion colored and in the game.
