Well if u ask me its diablo3 for one main reason. They are done with starcraft for a while and Warcraft has no hope, and WoW was already stated they werent working on it. Also, for blizz to make diablo3 would b very smart d2 won so many awards and did great with sales d3 would b a continuation of that not to mention it'll b awsome. Although part of the team left who cares, blizz doesnt make crap it'll as good as d1-d2. Plus logically diablo3 would b the next game they made if they are to continue the franchise.
Im hoping beyond hope that Blizz announces D3 soon, I just cant wait any more.
I checked out theTrademark Electronic Search sight thats posted for World of Diablo. It says that "World of Diablo" was submited to TESS and filed on july 15, 2006 by General Computers, Inc. The project has since been declared abandoned because of "a failure to respond" to a status report (july 11, 2007). The sight specifically states that this file is for "Entertainment services, namely, providing an on-line computer game."
Anyway is General Computers, Inc. affiliated with Blizzard?

It basically lets you play the game before it comes out... games go through their alpha testing and beta testing where users (if lucky enough) and give them things to improve upon before the games release... thus ... beta key at blizzcon = amazing opportunity if it is the key to a certian game
At Blizcon they will be "giving out beta keys for an unannounced game".
They didnt say they were giving "something secret for starcraft II"
These beta keys will be for the unnanounced game. Starcraft II was announced some time ago already. It is not that.
Well hear everything at the huge Blizzcon event. Many are doubtfull because of last year, did not even mention Diablo.
Your just being silly now, it is, in all probability, the new WoW exp. Yes, I know they said its a unnanounced game, but for all we kow the guy who said that was just tired and made a mistake or something.
Roland... I also remember them saying there will be be 3 games discussed at blizzcon. Burning Crusade(WoW expansion), Starcraft 2 and an new game... I dont have the quote on hand but I remember it saying it in those general terms.
When Blizzard announced that they would be giving out beta keys, at the time of the announcement SC2 was unannounced. So the key could be for pretty much anything, including SC2.
Why on earth would the give out a beta key for a game that they haven't even announced they they will announce yet! I doubt it will even be SC2, like I said whoever said that there will be a beta key for a unannounced game at blizzcon probably just considered a exp a game.
Untrue. StarCraft II was announced in May, the BlizzCon beta key give-away in June.
The Blizzard page says "a beta key for an upcoming Blizzard game", however. I don't know where the notion that it will also be an unannounced game comes from?
Like my man said!
On the offical blizzcon website it does say that you will get getting a beta key... its part of their package, how else are they going to get people to PAY 100$ to go?

you are right
blizzard only said ''a beta key for an upcoming Blizzard game"
some ppl misunderstand the news
I dont care if there is gonna be a beta key for D3, I just want an announcement of what team 3 is working on, how far along this "totally awesome" project is, and when it will be released. If this game is truly "totally awesome" then it will be a Diablo sequel because i cant think of anything more awesome. I seriously doubt Blizzard can make a completely new game franchise that wouldnt in some way mimic their previous games and therefore be as great a game as Frank Pearce says. A WoW exp isnt that great, besides WoW is a 12 yr old fanatic nerds fairytale game that he will do anything (even pay to play) to escape and play with elves and dwarves and what not. Sorry WoW fans thats my honest opinion.
