The US patent office allocates search sessions per visit, so no direct links will function. Below are some directions on how to see what Sage and I see
1st: click the link, --> http://www.uspto.gov/ebc/indexebc.html 2nd: You will see three columns: Patents, Trademarks, other. Click search(TESS) under the Trademarks column and Trademark EBusiness 3rd: Click 'New User Form Search (basic)' 4th: Fill in 'Blizzard,' for the 'Search Term.' Note: Be sure to assign 'Owner name and address' for the 'Field' parameter!! 5th: Look for 'Diablo.' It should be the first one (There is one for Diablo I, II, and one for LOD, but LOD says LOD, LOL). 5th(cont.):Click 'Diablo' 6th: Enjoy!
Because if the invisible guy the president believes in isn't the real invisible guy then the real invisible guy gets mad and no longer powers our economy with his invisible hand. Jesus, have you never even read anything about economics?
The patent for Diablo II:Salvation was filed during 2002. What is Diablo II:Salvation anyway? If it was the original Diablo II or even LOD, then isn't the date wrong? since Diablo II came out in 2000 and LOD in 2001.

Unless the they needed to renew it......
DiabloII:Salvation is a collection of Cinema quality cut scenes formatted into a sort of Diablo movie yet to be released.

It is something about license or copyright. If you didn't know, Blizzard just renewed thier license for the name 'Diablo' last December which has supposedly expired. This means Blizzard is definitely planning something, or not why would they even need the name for?
Its funny to see in the past how we thought we were so close to getting a D3 announcement....
It is July 19th now... and still no word...........................
