This file contains almost all .txts that are used by Diablo II in patch 1.13c. Some files are missing, but they're mostly inconsequential. If you want a file that isn't included here, I'll certainly add it however. I don't know that all of these files will ever be used, but some of them are necessary for filling out some information in the wiki.

PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
