I can put all the information on the ES Wiki skill pages. Will screenshots from the game be good enough from a player 1 character.
I also have information on the elemental damage that each Vampire(Necro Mages) does so we can add that here. I will likely need to test if the summon +all skills works on the mages. It likely will only take the mage to skill level 100.
Awesome, filling the wiki at the same time.
In-game screenshots is what I did and it works well.
Adding necro-mage damage is an awesome idea and should also be added for the original calc.
Was there any changes made to the mages in 1.11 1.12 or 1.13. I have the regular version of 1.10. I should be able to get the information from the text files for that. If needed I can see about downloading the other versions and check those out.

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

I looked at what JayKay was talking about. I tried it with Decoy because it seemed easier, but still presented with the 'as the level goes up, the mana cost goes down' issue. I tested it on the calculator, and at a mere 27 points in Decoy, it was at -0.5 mana cost. Then I tested it in game, with a character that I most certainly didn't hack. Regardless, the skill level vs mana cost graph coincided with the calculators graph until it reached fractions of 1 mana. Basically, the lowest mana cost possible for a skill is 1. It cannot be 0.2 of a mana or negative for that matter. Hopefully this helps.
This is like Double Swing, wich goes down in mana cost but gets to zero and doesn't display it anymore when getting to a certain level. Was really tired yesterday and didn't think of this, I'll check in game to see what is the minimal mana cost and update this.

You must have invested in a tier 4 skill, they require level 18.
..... :/
I must have.
Boy do I feel stupid.
No worries, you're just trying to help after all!
That's on the list but will require lot of work, I'll see what I can do.
I don't think so, but I've never gotten it that high. Seems kind of weird doesn't it?
I don't think anything should ever cost negative mana... It'd be giving you mana for using it, o_O. What level did you get it to, JayKay?

...not that anyone would ever max out Decoy...
Yeah, I got it to level 35, perfectly possible to do with an in-game character.
There we go.
