Birthright, a part of the Sin War trilogy *Contains spoilers*

Hello everyone!

I've just been reading the first book in the epic trilogy of Sin War, Birthright. I got about 80+pages left but have been thinking of something concerning Inarius and Tyrael.

On the page: 158 in Birthright they tell us that Inarius who's "brother" Tyrael couldn't see reason.

"But Inarius had grown sick of the endless battles, the plotting and counterplotting. Nothing was gained. Had he been in charge of the Council, he would have done things differently, but even his brother--brother in the sense that their resonances, their beings, held a distinct similarity compared with others'--would not see reason. Even Tyrael, he who was the essence of Justice, could not or would not understand the truth."

I've been thinking that it might not be Tyrael we have been shown in the pictures that Blizzard have shared with us. On the same page as I refered to above they also give us the information that others, both in the Heaven and Hell agreed with Inarius regarding the battles so it might not be impossible that someone have freed Inarius and that he is back for some reason? To take care of his beloved Sanctuary? The Worldstone still was his creation and might not be impossible to have this as some sort of plot? Please prove me wrong since I haven't read the last 2 books or the end of Birthright.

I haven't read the 2nd and 3rd book of the Sin War trilogy but I just had to share my thoughts while I currently spend all my time thinking about this epic story

Please bare with me, this isn't a conspiracy regarding Tyrael being evil or good etc, this is about Inarius which is why I am making a new post instead of posting it in the thread about the Tyrael Conspiracy.

Imperium will become famous soon enough
Re: Birthright, a part of the Sin War trilogy *Contains spoilers*

I`ll try not to spoil the other books. So as you know, Inarius is chaned in Hell by Mephisto and has remained there by the time of D1 and D2. But after Mephisto s defeat in D2 it is possible some1 coul have freed him throgh I don`t see who. So I can`t prove you wrong in that ;] As for the Worldstone, Inarius wasn`t allpowerfull in Sanctuary even when the Worldstone was there, now destroyed I would asume that he didn`t get stronger... but no1 knows, maybe by destroying the stone, the power he has invested in it came back to him...
I like your theory, it was discussed but I think not with the concept art for proof. And take my advice, read the other books, then post questions. It`ll only spoil the fun of finding out yourself if we tell you ;]

P.S. I think that Blizzard purpusly made it a FACT that no1 knows the consequences of the destruction of the Worldstone. It may be anything... may be even it killed Chuck Noris

That would spoil the plot of the books I'm afraid. I urge you to read the last two books instead

It's more closely related to the Imperius topic. Again, read the books before looking in there.

Cheers for the quick replies. I just wanted to write it down somewhere and this was the perfect place hehe. I can imagine that I will have another 100 questions when I'm done with the Trilogy but sometimes you think of something so much that you just want to share it with some and discuss it

Even though it didn't lead to much discussion I still got to hear what you guys thought about it, that was the main idea hehe.

*will now continue to read Birthright*
