there has to be a certain number of soj's sold on that server between 70-120 i think then the screen shakes and a message appears saying diablo walks the earth then find a unique monster like shenk or bishbosh for example and uber diablo will spawn in there place

means if ur in a hell difficulty game then Diablo clone will eventually walk the earth in ur game. So long as more sojs keep being sold on the server ur game is being hosted on ip.
