Soj helps keep your mana up. As sorceresses use infinity it means they don't have meditation on them like hammerdins so the need to be able to keep a hold of their mana.
Rings can't give additions to skills of any kind, only BK and SOJ do that. As for my build, Energy shield would be impractical since I went all extra points into Vitality. Attacks on me while having ES on would drain my mana so goddamn quick and kill me. She can take a couple of hits, and the SOJ was for extra mana. The mana bonus I mostly wanted because Lightning builds are not friendly to mana, and if you want to be fast and powerful you kinda need mana. As long as you can stay out of reach of any enemies, and keep your merc from dying, you're pretty much godly.
Yea. You got a point there. You need mana to cast, I just figured a level 20 warmth and a decent amount of mana would be able to do anything you needed. But, again, you do have a point.

Its not just on the gear, its the player. You can have the godliest gear ever, and still get your ass beat by someone with decent gear (like me), and I've proven it time and time again. I've beat down godly pvp'ers with my pvm build, and it just shows to how good the player is, not necessarily the build.
Yea. My 70's killed 90's all the time.
And that's when I was on my slowass Win98SE machine.. x.x
1 den, 1 raddy, 2 Izual, times 3 or each difficulty is 12 extra, or 110 skill points total.
Well, that's what you can get total.
Ok yea. So I am not out of my mind.
So yea Carloseus, do the 3 dens, the 3 raddy's, and the 3 izzy's, and get another 12 points.

I did not think that a lightning sorceress was that good, but you showed me wrong. I still like a fire sorceress better though. It is a magnificent character though.:D
He put points in a skill or two that I wouldn't of, but yea. He could have added fire or ice. I understand Static Field, but Nova? Is that really needed? He could have used those points in fire or ice and had a bit of a better chance against light enemies... Probably ice considering ice doesn't need as many points to be effective... But for pure light, pretty good...
I'm not quite following...

Exactly. I remember looking through a book I have for modifiers to rings and don't remember seeing anything. But it was from 1.09 so yea...
DAMN! Now I'm curious! *Runs off to go look for a up-to-date list of modifiers.*
Last I heard it wasn't possible. I think only BK and SoJ have +skills, but wouldn't it be awsome if +1 to skills was a possible modifier?
Sorry probably a dumb question...but I'd still like to know...

Damn it I knew there were more then 6!
So 100 skill points, and he used 94 level points, and 6 from the quest skill points... He could be stronger just by doing a few quests... I think...
Ninty three points from leveling...3 from den...3 from a3...I think...fuck I confused myself...
The skill points just don't add up in my head...and I confused myself...
*Walks off to go think...*
