Found the Butcher's clip. It looks unfinished though, but it's really hardcore.

It actually looks like one of the better cut-scenes in the game, odd that Blizzard didn't include it.

By the looks of it they cut some of the more interesting quests too.

EDIT: I wonder if anyone has done a mod that includes the cut content...
