High Council
The High Council are the leadership of the clan. Only the High Council may accept the applications of new members. The High Council is in charge of posting Clan Announcements, updating each of the Division lists for all realms. The High Council are to lead by example in a mature manner.
Council Member
The Council Member is a representative of that members realm to the High Council. Council Members may accept new applications and post in the Clan Announcements. The Council Member has Moderator abilities in all parts of the forum. Any problems the Overseers have in their Divisions can be taken up with the Council Member and then the issue will be discussed by the Council Member and the High Council. Unless the problem is the Council Member, then the Overseer will go directly to the High Council. In the event that the High Council's absence, the Council members are in charge until the return of the High Council.
Overseer
The Overseer is to make sure that his/her division is running smoothly. The Overseer should hold at minimum 1 Gotw a week open to all Clan members in that officers realm. The Overseer should lead by example in a mature manner in both the forums and on Bnet. All problems in the Division should be brought up to the Overseer, who will then discuss it with the High Counsel. Unless the problem is the Overseer, then it should be brought up to the High Counsel right away. The Overseer has moderator abilities in the Diablo 2 section of the forum.
Doom Knight
The Doom Knight is the Division Lieutenant. The Doom Knight is to assist The Overseer in making sure that their division is running smoothly. The Doom Knight should have a good knowledge of builds and be able to help other members with their builds. Doom Knight's should hold 1 Gotw a week open to all Clan members of their Division. A Doom Knight's main responsibility is to try and recruit new Prospects. Doom Knight's are to lead by example in a mature manner both on these forums and on Bnet.
Death Knight
The Death Knights are our PvP team. Anyone can apply to join this. Death Knights should have good knowledge of PvP builds and be able to help other members with their builds. Death Knights should hold at least one Gotw for PvP practice open to all members.
Full Member
BoD Members are just that, full members of the Clan. Members are to act in a mature manner on both the forums and on Bnet. Members are a reflection of this Clan, as are the Overseer and the High Counsel. Members are encouraged to hold a Gotw a week, but are not required to.
Prospect
Prospects are potential Members of the Clan. All Prospects will go through a 3 week probationary period. In this time all Prospects will be evaluated by ranks Member and higher on their forums activity and Bnet activity. All Prospects are encouraged to, but not required to, hold a Gotw open to their Realm. Any Prospect that fails their evaluation can reapply again within a months time if they choose to. Prospects are expected to act in a mature manner on both the forum and on Bnet.
-All members ranked Full Member or higher are to do evals on new Prospects.
-All members of the clan are to act in a mature manner on all forums that they may be on. How you act on other forums is a reflection of this clan and not acting appropriately is a bad reflection of this Clan.
-All members are encouraged to recruit new members even if it does not say so under your rank.
-All members may use the BoD tag, though it is not mandatory to do so.
-All members are expected to have fun! Both on these forums and on Bnet.
