i always support my favourite players when my teams (england/USA) are eliminated. but in championship matches i tnd to sway to the side of the underdogs.

lol pedro thought he was someone special for a second there, but those germans ended that.
that game could have easily gone to pks with the way both teams were playing. when two great teams are playing, it often comes to who has the better set pieces. today was spains day.

mr. glasslegs arjen robben has the most unreliable pair of legs known...trust me...chelsea fan for years...and babel? that guy loses confidence exponentially as the match goes on...
you overestimate those spanish players; yes torres and villa and cesc and xavi and ramos are probably the best in the world, but la liga is a creampuff league with 2 great teams and a pile of trash, they dont often go against top quality teams, so itll be fun to see that match.

this WC will be remembered more for the refs failures than the players triumphs...sepp blatter, time to stfu and admit youre an idiot. collect some money from the big leagues and clubs and buy some goal area cameras for all the world. if real madrid and man city can pay up to 120 mil to buy a player, they can donate some money for cameras.
tomorrows matches! i still think germany can upset argentina, and spain should beat paraguay.
goooo Mesut Ozil...my new favourite player! :yucky:

forlan only struggled in the epl because of the physical play and because he was probably starstruck at man u so early on.
"to the worm in horseradish, the world is horseradish."
he bags 30+ goals a season for madrid, i can only imagine how bad those keepers must be if 30 goals just luck there way in.

forlan played amazing again and its sad that this is probably the last time we can see him in the world stage. if it wasnt for your average keeper...
also luis getting booed was kinda disgraceful. fcking africans. ghana deserved to lose that game...

but no one has an edge on pks, just last wc trezagoal missed his and he was a top 5 striker that year.

i wouldnt trust the guy 2 yards in front of an empty goal.
still boggles me that they replaced forlan in the closing minutes
