Two things that've ruined WoW for me:
1.) Same old quests. I mean seriously, what the hell.
2.) You don't use enough skills, and there should be more skills that have more of an impact on gameplay and the like.
They have the potential to do a great Diablo MMO. But they have to do it right. And doing it right is doing it not like WoW.

"Cards and flowers on your window, your friends all plead for you to stay,
sometimes beginnings aren't so simple, sometimes goodbye's the only way."
This is why I talk about Rakion, getting bored of the same auto-attack (well you didn't say that but you probably think it :P) - there ar egood storylines and it's not true that you will always need a party - just for boss quests O.o and it's not hard to get parties at all. More then one = fun. In lots of ways...
But anyways, Rakion MMO PLEASE! Or something of the like. Click your mouse and character swings sword. - simple, do like WoW; item upgrades, tuns of spells, but add one thing - more combo moves and different attack styles (num pad 1 will set one attack style, 2 different again, 3, 4, 5 so on) maybe good for against melee, ranged, both or just for something different.

I may sound lame and, "kiddish" here, but I don't care - I really think a Transformers MMO would be kickass.
Think about it - you're a huge machine in and MMO, in cool street-like setting, controlling those huge ass weapons, getting hundreds of different moves, and different items, armors - different classes, Good and Evil, it'd just be so freakin awesome!
Transformers: The Game failed though... and Transformers movie was actually pretty popular all around, not just kids at all.
