World of Warcraft WOTLK Patches?

I purchased the entire WoW set up till wotlk.

When i login, it informs me its downloading 691mb 3.0.1 - 3.0.2 patch.

But when i go on the net, i see that there are different variations of this patch (3.0.1 - 3.0.2 UK)40mb / (3.0.1 - 3.0.2 Spanish) 45mb.

My question is this, i am english, do i ONLY need the UK. Or must i get the entire set?
