I don't know if someone has asked this already (it's a really long thread now) but I want to know what's harder to do, dungeons in heroic mode or running karazhan in terms of gear needed.
With my old experience, I can't give you a definitive answer, but if I'm to guess I'd say it's harder to do Karazhan for an equally geared group. Though it depends on the bosses as well, the first bosses in Karazhan are easier than the latter by quite a margin.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

I already have a guild with about 100 people in it. I just want some tips that might help me. Those tips might not even help, but if they do, all the better.
Ok. First tip: 100 people is a lot, you might want to consider cutting it down
Seriously though, a serious raiding guild probably wouldn't go past 60, that's for effectiveness. Larger guilds become hard to manage and organize. More people require more tending to, so to speak.
I've never led a guild on my own though, save for a failed attempt when I'd just gotten WoW, so I'm probably not the best guy to ask.

Does anyone have any tips about making a successful guild?
Not really, you will not be able to run a successful guild by reading a few lines of text here at the forum, just exacly as not everyone can just throw up a site like this. If it was easy, we'd all have our own forum, and our own guild.

I'm trying the get the journeyman status in tailoring and it says I need the scraps and hides from the animals I skinned. I don't quite know what to do, so can someone tell me how to do it?
Waht do you mean exacly? Are you lacking materials, are the materials not showing up even though you have them, can you not train? You need to be more clear, I can't understand you.

Are the Europeans better players than most? I heard they are pretty hardcore over there. What are your thoughts?
On average? No. But we do have Nihilum, which kicked everyone's ass in TBC. They got world first on EVERY boss in Black Temple, and on all the final bosses in all of TBC.
They've been slacking off on the Sunwell Plateau, but supposedly they will give their best against Kil'jaeden.

Can someone explain to me how a guild works from a to z?
There's no easy answer to that question, and every attempt at doing so will result in a massive post.
Therefore, to save my poorfingers and you from my writing skills, here is a link to a detailed explanation that clarifies everything I hope http://www.wowwiki.com/Guilds_(Overview)

I'm sure he's not, but I heard some talk that Arthas is undead. I want to know if this is really true or not?
Depends on how you look at it. Arthas never died, that's certain. He was not undead in the WC3 campaign, nor was he undead in the expansion pack either. He did merge with the Lich King. Now as far as I know, the Lich King himself isn't undead per se, he's just an orc soul encased in a block of ice. But he might be undead, and in that case, Arthas might be as well, since he and the Lich King are now one.

Why aren't there important leaders in Stormwind?
Other then Jaina, who's the leader of the Humans?
I've already answered this question, but Bolvar Fordragon is sort of the leader for Stormwind at present.
The king has been (unknown to most of the population) been kidnapped, presumably while in Dustwallow Marsh.

But Zhar'Doom, Greatstaff of the Devourer, while a great caster weapon, does not suit all builds. An affliciton warlock has no need for extra haste and critical hit, so this staff is only ideal for direct damage builds, such as destro locks and fire mages.
Basically though, just follow the links. That site has loot from all bosses, you can search, input filters, and read the comments of other players.

Illidan's Loot
This link goes to Illidan's loot table in TBC. he drops the best loot, along with Archimonde, and from there it goes down.
For example, Crystal Spine of Karabor is without a doubt the best healing weapon.
