All Act 1 and 2 zones are now completely documented. This includes all monsters, NPCs, related quests, containers, and connecting areas. Our final pass will eventually include screenshots and lore for the zones. Due to the procedural-generation of the maps it's possible we may have missed some things. As we continue to refine the sections let us know if there are any features you would like to see included on the zone pages.
We have almost all the zones mapped out now and wiki pages setup for them. The next step will be to identify any monsters in the zones, as well as record containers and special objects that can spawn.
Our zone pages describe everything you should be able to find in a particular zone. The world of of Sanctuary is vast and there are a lot of zones in Diablo 3.
Adding zone information is very easy, just a couple things you need to know: - type: can be either "variable", "fixed border", or "exact" depending on the layout generation - shrines and waypoint: set to "1" if they are present (health wells count as shrines), - monsters: we list the monsters based on if they appear as normal or elite, and with uniques listed too
Many of the late zones of Act 1 could still use descriptions. We could also use some good screenshots of each zone, which we'll end up using as the icon for that page. If you wish to submit some notify me or just post them to this thread.
