I won't buy the expansion until they at least somewhat fix the game first, loot 2.0 better come with the big 1.1 patch.
I understand the need for companies to make more money, and unlike a subscription based game I don't expect consistent large content patches, hell I'd be very happy to pay like $10-15 every 6 months or so for some meaningful DLC, or mini expansion that adds a bunch of new dungeons, access to more tabs, character slots, and DLC exclusive PvP modes/arenas, but as for the core of the game I would like to see the promised improvements to itemization first.
