Has anyone had any experience with Beats by Dr. Dre?
I realize they are probably overpriced, but I'm considering them + microphone stand as others have suggested. I would really like something that I can wear anywhere I want instead of just around my computer.
my record of breaking headsets is 3 in one year due to droping and traveling...
steelseries though looking awesome (theme ones) and being of good quality are quite fragile, thats why i didnt advertise them other ppl did that for me
i dont like wireless stuff either mice or headsets or whatever, batteries always run out in worst situations...
yeah cause i break so many sunglasses and headsets i´m not buying the 400$ ones anymore lesson learned, i need durable stuff
edit: ok after reading my own post it seems like my place is a jungle and i´m a barbarian with a twohander standing on my desk
See I'm quite the opposite. I always go for the more expensive model because I know I will take better care of it. In 2007 I bought Ray Bans for $120. I still have the same sunglasses and they have 0 scratches and are in flawless condition. Other pairs of sunglasses that I bought for <$20? They have scratches everywhere and I could care less.
Headphones have never really seemed like something that I had to have. However, after wearing a friend's pair of Razer headphones, compared to my cheapo $20 logitech pair, I realized that they're really that much more comfortable. His fit over the ear, mine lay on my ear. I notice that after a bit of gaming my ears ache like crazy. I think that headphones definitely might be my next purchase. Those D3 ones look nice, but something that I can take on a bus trip and wear in public might be more suitable
