HI... i'm running the Shield Bash build with the ancient parthan defenders as toughness buff when blinding and stunning enemies, but no matter how many enemies I blind/stun nothing happens with my toughness...??? In build videos they are running up to 400 mill toughness I run max 50 mill... I tried both cube and equipping the bracers but no changes...?? Help
