I like these ideas. Played a WD for s6 since i love the pet army builds, but i was baffled as a) Zuni set has gear slots with literally no option and other sets (read: HT) have the exact same playstyle but just better performing.
Zuni needs more reliability in pet usage, which can easily be covered by those "missing" legendaries.
One issue is that dying can put you in a very dangerous place. All pets need to be summoned again, and since you won't have immediately full dmg reduction (full fetishes out + SH/LO buff) it's very possible that you immediately die due to a charge/tp/ranged skill if you're into the fray.
This equals to have all pets skills on CD and you either wait or risk to die again.
Imho pets need to be treated like followers or other pets skills - you have them out passively, and don't need to resummon. Manual summoning is useless if you're in farming content (pets don't die) and a hindrance if you're dying a lot (cannot summon them due to CD).
