Yes, like I mentioned just started gearing. I just took all the ancient parts of my barbarian that had a total of 0 thorns and also my boyarsky's was lvl 25. I'm now at 210k so slowly creeping up.
I also did some calculations and it seems I forgot about the 50% thorns passive so the calculations would be:
Hey guys, just started gearing an LON crusader. I've got an ancient Aquila on and the Hearth of Iron cubed. I got two ancient lidless wall with these stats
1. 975 vit (975*3=2925 thorns) + 0 thorns
2. 0 vit + 8465 thorns
But when I swap them the vit doesn't seem to add any thorns in my details list. Is this a known bug?
Also I go up from 120k to 128k thorns but my actual damage goes from 450m to 650m non crit how does 8.5k makes such a difference?

1. 975 vit (975*3=2925 thorns) + 0 thorns * 1.5 = 4387,5
2. 0 vit + 8465 thorns = 12697.5
Which concludes that I was just being very dumb.
