Just highlighting this thread - and updated the title to include posts and threads as well. I went through the history and we had exactly one false positive, so it's not like this happens commonly, but in case this happens... here's the PSA. Mods have this thread subscribed, so posting here will notify all mods (rather than if you PM a single mod about this issue).
Edit: I created the build again by using Google Web Cache. Let me know if you restore the deleted one by responding here
I'm so sorry for the super late reply. Restored it. I have this thread on subscription, i.e., should get an email notification, but for some reason I never got it So I never saw your post until now. Anyways. let me know if you want me to delete it since probably it's too late now.
This seems to be a different issue, nothing that can be fixed by a simple "not spam" tag... it seems as if there's something wrong with the build tool. I'll notify the devs. Follow this thread:
Is this an issue for everyone? Or is it just happening to me? I didn't see any other posts about it so I wasn't sure if it was specific to my account or if it is more widespread. Thanks again.
It's an issue for everyone, it broke a few days ago, now it seems to work (at least for me and people there), let's hope it doesn't break again ;-) Maybe the servers just had too many Christmas cookies, just like me, and can't handle it anymore, just like me, and need some rest, just like me.
I don't see those builds. Not in the spam system, not on your account. Do you maybe still have the links in your browser history? Otherwise... I have no idea what happened.
I'm afraid that's not possible It used to be possible a few patches ago, but I think the developers disabled the ability to change the patch number of a build. The reason for that is that people would carry their highest upvoted build and keep editing it to accumulate more and more upvotes but maintaining the highest-ranked build. Basically if one were to able to change the version number to PTR, anyone with 200+ upvotes on the build could just switch it to "ptr version" and it would be the #1 build in the next patch again.
Glimwick: I've fixed it, should be back now. Next time make sure that if that happens again to post here FIRST, not re-post... because that's exactly what a spam bot would do!
z1pper: Sorry I have no access to that build either, so I can't remove it. Not sure what's going on there.
Sorry z1pper, there's nothing I can do... it's not marked as spam, it just seems the build is gone for good. Not sure if anyone can recover it - I can't.
@Angry fixed. Just a heads up, all those links in the build descriptions (and more links than text) are pretty much likely to trigger the spam system. At least that's my guess. Wait ~15 minutes for any other edit so the system can settle in, otherwise it might mark it as spam again.
@n00berlin: The build shows up in search. But you probably haven't changed the default search option "Top - Week" to "Top - All time". But here's some other, easier options:
* You can tell them your DFans username and then your build can be found under "Builds" in your profile.
* You can give them the build number (92179) which translates into a pretty simple URL: diablofans.com/builds/92179
* Let them search for your name in the search tool (and again, make them aware of the default restriction which only searches for past week).

Also @Pindles build restored as well.
Thanks everyone for the reports.

It was indeed marked as spam - should be back now!

Seems to be some general issue with the build tool. Sorry :/ I hope it gets fixed soon...
Interesting. It was indeed marked as spam - but only when I went to the link; there was no way for me to find it somewhere else in the system.
It's fixed now. I'd advise to wait 10-15 minutes before making any edits as the spam system is a bit of a slow learner sometimes ;-)

Hm, then that's a bug with the search future. The build is not marked as spam tho
Fixed!
Give it a go, if it's marked within the next half hour or so I'll probably still be here to catch it.
