You need a set to push high GRs with any class now. Strafe doesn't synergize with Marauder's or Unhallowed Essence, and it flat-out doesn't work with Shadow's Mantle. So you're only option for higher GRs is Natalya's, which is based on Rain of Vengeance.
You can have a look and find some decent strafe builds that could go up to GR50 or so with decent gear, but that's about as high as I see it going.
