i hope the guy who started the "change everything" petition get so angry when blizzard releases the final product (becuase we know they wont change the way HE wants them too ) that he doesnt even buy the game. That would make the would of sancuary a better place
i almost feel exhuasted with this subject. at first i just wanted to yell with spit flying out of my mouth at the poeple who would fall in line with that petition. after a while i felt like i should just sit back and let THEM run out of mana blizzard has already said there were numerous art direction before the one we see in the gameplay and they also said NOTHING is final and no blizzard game has ever looked like the beta. maybe you guys should go put on some more eye liner, all the crying is making it run. little emo boys.

Petition with a lot of false signatures on it. I know people who signed it using fake info.
As for the looks and appearance, we haven't seen the deeper areas. So waht if one area looks a little colorful, with autumn leaves? That dungeon wasn't the deeper hellish pits. It all looked like a starter area.
Give it a break, it's 2008. Our game engines use 3D now, our color palletes are more than 256 colors.

they make announcements to Get FEEDBACK, feedback is Both Negative and Positive, they should Read Positive Feedbacks and try to keep the lvl high, and READ and understand the Negative feedback and Change and Try some changes, and turn it into Positive feedback, not fooling us and try to convince us that the the Current Color Paletes from WoW its the BEST for Diablo. give us a break, we (the 25.550+ people)are neither Blind nor Stupid!:mad:
i dont think any blizzard employee has yet stated that they chose WOW content becuase it fit diablo....no no that was said.
All Blizzard are doing, as you say, are changing the menu here. The food's still the same, but I couldn't care less what the menu font was.
I wouldn't say Blizzard have been greedy, you have t o consider that they are a business, and so long as they keep churning out top class games i'm more than happy.
They currently have WoTLK, D3, SC2 and a fourth unannounced game (an MMO) in development, it isn't like they're just sponging off WoW, they're working their arses off.
what do you think that MMo will be about? sc2? diablo?
im a little suspicious of this petition, i see alot of poeple on this forum who are obviously disagree with the art direction of d3, whatever. i dont agree with those poeple. but this petition came out how many days ago? 3...4? if you sit and refresh that page a new sig is added litterally every second to second and a half. are poeple just reading into and jumping on thre bandwagon or is something more sinister going on? i dont know. fake signatures? after all, almost everyone has more then one email. im sure the petition wouldnt be able to establish fake from real emails. im sure there are some out there who have signs a few times to many.
side note: the game doesnt look cartoonish... soooo stfu
I really hope they don't take such petitions seriously, all Blizzard learn from this is that there are 25,000 shallow people out there who think they can judge the outcome of a game by a 20 minute early video trailer of ACT1 areas.
diablo3 textures - of few colours, cartoonish, smooth textured,polarized, not material enough!
diablo2 and diablo1 - little bit bumpy, crispy, everything feels as raw materials, grounds, walls.. even items in inventory looks realistic, bumpy, raw steel armors, bone shields...
and d3 inventory is a pure cruel joke - icons, childish icons.. the boss of gameplay is the size of the 3ground house, who easily brakes everything around himself ( the saw that in video ) and the boss hit slices only 1/10th the hp of warriors.. not realistic, cartoonish, for children.. to get more money.. shame on me, that i must tell this..
