Hmm..the main reason why I would want to play the beta? Staying up until 4 AM my time because I heard from a friend that a new game might be announced in which the general consensus was Diablo 3. I was half asleep when I heard a guy playing a familiar tune on the guitar accompanied by really loud cheering; and there it was: Diablo 3. Needless to say, I woke up the parents got in trouble and went to sleep. Next day, I went straight into the diablo3.com website and Diablofans (originally called Diablo3 ironically lol) just to get a smile out of seeing everyone excited. For the next few years, I waited patiently for the game as I recall them saying they have be in development for a good time already. It was dreadful as the years passed, year after year; to get a taste of what's to come, even just a small bit of it is all I need to keep me hoping for the best. It's the only franchise I have been consistent on and I would rather not let myself stray from it now.
Now now, I just want to point this out that I hate what you're doing here...you're making me choose only ONE memory? Come on now, this is Diablo :). But if I had to choose, it would be when I was in 4th grade and I was so excited to get home and play for the first time (a little young I know). I started to make my way through the cathedral really scared and then all of a sudden, I open this room and..."FRESH MEAT". I'll tell ya, how often that got to me when I played through Diablo I is too many to count. When I look back at it now, he just looks goofy but still have to put that moment as one of my scariest video game moments of all time.
I just got an e-mail from Barnes and Nobles saying that they received word that the book was delayed again..I know that most of you have already gotten your book so why is it that I received a delay notification for the 3rd time?
Well if were going to try to make sense of the fire, it makes absolute perfect sense cause if you think about it, hell is supposed to be the coldest place out there. Hell is supposed to be the deepest trench in where no light exist (i.e. fire), at least speaking of the lowest level of hell. So like Verity said, it's not like Hell patented fire, it's just associated with it in it's own way.
I love it when people try to put real life physics into a fantasy game. You're an idiot, so the fuck what, who said meteors had to perform in a certain way?
I mean he could be referring to him and the other demons in the room though.
I don't think that was it, because if you listen to the entire monologue, Azmodan speaks to Leah as if he is specifically talking to HER. Saying, "You thought you were so clever that you had outwit us all. One by one our brethren fell into your trap, but not me, I defy you." Hopefully I got that right but assuming I did, just that excerpt speaks to Leah as if he is referring directly her.
Oh Diablo..why so great.
