sometimes i just die, because off so many clutter on screen (DH sentry frost dmg, WD pirañas, other DH electric sentry), that you not see the arcane beams that off course spawned just under/besides you, the frost dots or plagued pools.
Not to mention the MOLTEN death grenades lol
I don't have the game sound on most of the time so I don't get that audio hint (was gonna try and type the sound that Molten enemies make as soon as they die but hopefully you know the noise) so sometimes I am just happily clicking away and boom, I'm dead..
I guess everyone can do what makes them happy but I just can't get excited about Seasons mode at all.
I think (as someone mentioned) that they need to take a leaf out of POE's book and make each season unique or have something different about it to keep people interested.
How they do this is a task for the creative ones but a handful of new items (some of which you might not even find) isn't enough for me.
What about during the season Elites have 6 afflixes instead of 4. Or every 20 minutes a random rift guardian spawns on top of you. Or set of affixes elites have is randomized every 5 seconds so you never know what you're going to face?
[quote=ruksak;/members/69991-ruksak]The big surprise for me was that they spent 2 days and a ton of money engaging the fans of a game that has already been sold. I expected them to discuss the direction D3 was heading, their intentions etc, discuss season 2 and maybe show a few new items. Instead, a full smorgasbord of offerings and discussion. For free. For a game already sold.
They walk the walk, I'll give 'em that. Agree or disagree with their philosophies, like the ideas or not, they care. They have little reason to poor such effort into a game they sold 6 months ago, but they do it anyway.
Pretty damn cool. I especially enjoyed the part where they discussed Josh effectively confronting the whole group at a meeting about the AH's. Where he just sat there saying nothing until the president asked why he wasn't speaking. He apparently chimed right in with "Kill it. Kill the AH's".
Josh is a fuckin rockstar IMO.
This, all this. Cant think of a game that isn't on a subscription where you get this much development for free. Pretty frickin' awesome, ain't it? Yet, one look at the official forums, you'd think Blizzard just pulled the biggest scam ever played.
I like the Ancient tier. At first, I was pissed....oh I was hot when I first saw the screenshot. I saw it as just another sweeping power creep that would reckon all our items obsolete overnight. Then I learned how rare they are. Perfect IMO. Exactly what the grind addicts need. An actual chance at an ultra-rare upgrade. For me, it's not whether or not I find these items. It's the prospect of potentially finding them that provides the hook.
Just my 2 cents but.. Wreath of Lightning (I just got it yesterday and played around a bit, nothing conclusive) but it seemed like it was proccing FireStarter from Akarat's Champion. Pretty cool if it actually was proccing it because thats an extra application of it essentially passively (hard to tell if it was tho I wasn't paying much attention lol)
That we have to decide between these 5 stats really sucks. Ramalandi's gift should be useable on amus.
I doubt movement speed ist reforgeable or they will move it to secondary, whatever but only one amu with 5 primarys will never go live.
I don't think it sucks at all.. anything that forces us to have tochoose only adds to the game in my opinion.
If you can have everything you want then everyone will pick the same stats... boring
1) 2pc IK gives lots of fury (or at least stops it from degenerating between groups) and healing via Hammer of the Ancients.
2) Strongarms + Leap(Call of Arreat) basically +30% damage on all trash and some elites... useless on bosses though.. potential issue!
3) Want to roll -10% CDR on the gloves.
Question on my Sankis.. I've enchanted the 1184-1434 damage roll because I never thought I was going to complete the set... if I use it in the offhand only and reroll -10% CDR on that instead is that going to be heaps better? The Quake only factors in the main hand damage, no?
Basically the title says it all.. we auto pick up gold and blood shards why can't that extend to yellow, white, blue, orange materials also?
Gems I guess I can understand need to be looted because they are a physical item still but other materials are essentially currency items now.
Thoughts?
Yes mate.. If there are 5 'ideal' passives for your build it doesn;t matter which one you get on the ammy.
Just pick the other 4.

I like the social aspect of the game but its hard to see whats going on
No not because I don't have good characters of my own.
PURELY I can't stand them in game because those bloody horses dominate my screen with ugly green crap!
Can they not get the same treatment that other 'pets' got and be hidden or marginalized from my view?

BE CREATIVE BLIZZARD I'M BORED
Natural Selection 2 and Path of Exile :0
If they are just FYI and not to be taken as any sort of measure then great but for competitive purposes it's a bust.
Eg: Rift densely populated vs. sparse
Rift that was full cleared vs. Leave soon as RG is killed
etc..
> Hydra (as I'm running I cast it ahead) APOC > BlackHole > Meteor
Any other feedback other than finding better versions of the stuff I've already got?
I main Crusader but been playing around with my Wizard for the last few weeks.
Just wanted some guidance on where to go next with it.

My obvious ones are the SoJ (its a strength one) and the gems need levelling.
Any other tips for me?

My logic on some of the choices here;
1) 2pc IK gives lots of fury (or at least stops it from degenerating between groups) and healing via Hammer of the Ancients.

I have a fair bit of lightning stuff accumulating too, plus tonnes of souls if I need to craft some Aughilds..
I just need IK boots and gloves and I've more or less got the gear you've got *lightning
That sounds fuckn amazing in theory!
