I hope you're right, I really do. But seriously, by the way they've been doing business lately, and becoming worse and worse all the time, I really wouldn't be surprised by anything nowadays.
Plus it would actually make more sense, as they'll have to introduce new items/ systems in Expansion anyway. So it's very doubtful they'd do something like loot 2.0 only a few months before the expansion.
Oh, you mean like how they allow you to access the new SC2 content in multiplayer even if you dont own it?
Or how every single WoW expansion is preceded by a patch that gives everyone access to the major game system changes?
Dunno anything about Starcraft, so I don't speak of it, only of stuff I'm familiar with. And WoW pre-expansion Patches aren't all that useful. What good are "new game systems" without any new content/ being able to choose new races/ classes? It just serves as a carrot for you to buy the expansion if you actually want to enjoy any of its content.

The hardcore players and the gold farmers destroyed this game, now it became unplayable for me and other casual players because it takes forever to find good playable stuff, and this nonsense farming is just plain stupid. This game will lost 99% of it population in one year or even more

I think gold from drops/jars dropped about 10x for me. While repairs went up 5 times.
I don't give a shit about elite class balance, i'm pissed that they fucked up the core of the game... rewarding you for mindlessly killing shit. They need to roll back to the last patch as far as gold/drops are concerned.

Agreed. I always wanted that Darker edgy style for Diablo 3. The billions of demons and corpses just didn't quite do it for me.
