Meathead Mikhail did a video where he says the +50% damage buff produced by generators affects spenders ONLY, and the +50% buff produced by spenders affects generators ONLY.
Skull Grasp does NOT affect the Dust Devils if you have 6 piece wrath of the wastes. Probably because it sets DD to a fixed amount of 2500%. That means +WW skill damage won't increase it either.
My question was about Skull Grasp and Dust Devils WITHOUT 6 piece WoW. My guess is that it WILL increase DD damage, but nobody has the answer.
Should I try to enchant 7% AS on my BK weapons to increase WW tornado damage? I found an ancient one with 7% damage and a socket, but the damage range is at the bottom end.
1. What is the ratio of generator damage to dashing strike damage? If most of your damage is coming from DS, I guess it's not worth using depth diggers + simplicity's strength. Cindercoat would be better in that case. Or is it better to wear all 6 pieces so you can wear Bastions of Will?
2. What's the best generator?
3. 2H or dual wield? I have an ancient fulminator, ancient odyn's son, ancient WKL that could all be around 3k dps if I enchanted. My good 2H weapons are a normal 3700 dps Flying dragon, and an ancient 4100 dps Wrath of the Bone King.
OK so with the new sets is perma WOTB still possible? I guess you need lots of CDR and need to generate and burn through a hella lot of fury. Frenzy + Whirlwind dual wield maybe?
I mostly play a Monk, and I read that blindness from a Crusader's Shield Glare works differently from the Monk blind. What enemies are immune to the Crusader version? Bosses only? What effect does it have if the target is immune?
With all the new items, player DPS is going to go way up, but survivability probably not so much. It seems you can't push GRifts really high unless you've got 1 guy locking down the elites so they can't do their stuff. What are some good crowd control builds that also give good buffs to the players that are actually killing things?
Blizzard has already caved in to the Social Justice Warriors who complain about every single thing imaginable. It's a damn shame.

Does Skull Grasp increase Whirlwind's Dust Devil damage if you don't have the Wrath of the Wastes 6-piece set bonus?
What about Skull Grasp + WW Dust Devils WITHOUT the WoW set? Does it increase the Dust Devils damage then?

Did that Broken Promises ring make it into 2.2 or did they decide it's too strong?
Cold DS, gives some decent survivability doesn't it? From the 40% dodge bonus?

I'm thinking of making a zDPS WD, but they will probably nerf it by the time I have all the necessary items.
WD is a broken class because dots are useless when everything dies within a couple seconds. And WD's direct damage spells are lackluster.

Does TnT give you a nice dmg boost as well? What kind of dps are the Ancients doing by themselves? I wonder if it's worth using the pet gem too.

I bet those 5 non-crits are multiplied by your proc coefficient. So if you're attacking with a low proc skill, you need like 8 non-crits.
