I dropped all but 200 LOH at 35k DPS and didn't really have a problem. Compensate with health globe pickup. At 40k+ plus you really don't need LOH and it won't save you from bad elites. I still die but it's usually from dumb play on my part and not from a group being too hard.
You take less damage overall when things die faster.
I think all you can really do now is try and get some +atk speed into slots that don't have it. You're sitting pretty though. I wish I had the money to get this solid gear. It breaks my heart seeing so many upgrades I can't get. One upgrade might be getting a high-end Vile Ward if you can. Those things are beast.
Yea, things are changing a little, used to make tons of gold working the ah to my advantage. But now that marked has been taken over by bots. So income is small and upgrades are not exacty cheap hehe. Tristat gloves, ring and neck is obvious the end goal, ive yet to see a high end Vile Ward. I can imagine its very costly hehe. I look into it and check my posibilities. Thanks for the input:
I know most high-end Vile Ward's I've been keeping an eye on (240dex, some vit, +armor, lightning res and all res) are anywhere from 100-200 million now. It might as well be locked up in Fort Knox. I just brought it up because it seems to be the best in slot shoulders for monks now as far as I can tell.
Natalya's ring seems really monstrous too if you can afford it. Every ring seems to be 200 million though from what I can see.

I still notice a decent increase in elemental damage going from Act 3 to Act 4, meaning I'd have to stack more resists and armor to survive at the expense of DPS. In that sense, it wouldn't make sense to do Act 4. Also, the enemy types in Act 4 suck for the most part.
I would say save up your money and try and get a new MH. You can find a 1100dps weapon, not top of a line but really good, for 15-20 million with a socket if you're really lucky. Keep looking. Don't hesitate to bid.
Hope the link works. I still die in act 3, maybe 3-4 times per run if I get stuck in a corner and rubberband or the odd time I'm distracted or get jumped by fallen suicide bomber guys.
I found my shoulders, neck, bracer, gloves and skull grasp from farming. The rest was AH'd.
I'm paragon 8 and I've found 3 legendaries in 7 clears of act 3. Much, much better drop rate than before. Of course I'm jinxing myself and now I'll find none for the next year.
Seriously, just focus on increasing your DPS. Most of the things you die to(aka elemental affixes) can be overcome by simply nuking down elites faster.
A big piece of advice would be to grab a neck piece with crit/crit damage and maybe even atkspeed. It would be a colossal DPS upgrade over your current neck. Also, the faster you're killing things the less you need to rely on LOH.
I was in the kind of position you were in. My DPS was around 30k and I had about 1000loh. I still died to brutal elemental packs. No amount oF LOH helps with that kind of thing. Just get your DPS up and blow things up before they get overwhelming.
The healing to full health was retarded anyways. It was sometimes totally random. You could run halfway across the world to a pack and have it not be healed or you could spawn 2 seconds away and they'd be healed to full. It was poorly implemented and hurt players who actually want to progress in inferno.
Blizzard's idea of "fun and interesting" is pretty much the exact opposite of what is truly fun and interesting.
-Rubberbanding into molten/plague/arcane sentries/desecrate = fun and interesting
-Dodging like a pro and getting hit from 15-20 yards away = fun and interesting
-Getting level 63 items with stats below level 33 items = fun and interesting
-Socketed amulet/ring = fun and interesting
-Bows with strength or plus to witch doctor skills on them = fun and interesting
-Shields with +demon hunter skills = fun and interesting
-Barrels, chests, armor stands or other doodads giving nothing whatsoever worthwhile = fun and interesting
Anything boring, nonsensical, stupid and anti-fun = fun and interesting.
