Basically, bola all trash mobs while using CtW/polar station for added dps. Hit everything with MfD Contagion so it'll spread around and make your slightly weak attacks hit harder. Use Impale on bosses.
I don't like the chunky playstyle of CA without resource reduction, and now that prep has a CD it's not really viable.
This is assuming things will hit at the same rate in PVP and PVE. Considering it'll be 3v3, A glass cannon may be able to take one person out, but will go down right after that. If they go DM style for fighting, having a glass cannon DH on your team will just ensure a 1:1 Kill:Death ratio for that player, and really won't help your cause out.
MF will get you increased chance of rares, but won't increase the ilvl of gear being dropped. Considering you'll be getting guaranteed rare drops with NV stacks, you'll probably be better off farming a3 with less mf and rely on the rare drops until you can get better gear.
