no it's not worth it, blizzard wasted a lot of potential with the place but what else should we of expected. If they wanted up to do it for giggles they should of had something else happen.
There is no middle, once you hit the end of act 2, welcome to the WALL! you can farm act 2 as much as you'd like but keep in mind, it's about as useful as potion farming.

haha, that's what you guys said when the game was released and that's what you said after every fail patch and the population is still declining. I was also optimistic with a couple of initial patches, then I gave up because I saw that blizzard won't radically change Diablo 3. RMAH will always be a constant, it is a must for their business model.
Now to expansion. Given how much butthurt is out there about the game, a lot of people that thought of buying it, won't, I'm one of them. I uninstalled Diablo 3 a month ago and I don't even miss. But I'm a Diablo fan and I still have a small glimmer of hope left for Diablo 3, but it's REALLY small now because I see how Blizzard treats the franchise now and it's sad. It's probably gonna be another, 'buy 6 months world of warcraft subscription and you get free Diablo 3 expansion'. Even people that don't care for it and play wow would do it.

If your going to quit just take yourself, don't break stuff and kick the door down on your way out, then turn with one foot out the door around and try and defend your pride as if it's the only right perspective. If threating to leave because the game design is unfair to you then LEAVE, leave the game and the forums and stop trying to shoot and beat our pride as badly as yours have been treating. What this situation is like, is a mini suicide. Your never going to do it, you just want to be noticed. The complaining that were having is over the top and needs to stop.

I was lucky enough to find a pair of boots that I got 8mil for. I spread that wealth to boost up the three 60's I have.
I'm still struggling in A3 inferno, and have to continue to farm A2.
Maybe you get lucky on your drops, but I've found -3- legendaries since release, all of them low level.
I don't play the AH to flip items and max out on gold or anything, so the most I'll have on average is around 1 mil.
Sure makes the game a hell of a lot tougher
Why does it matter how much you invested into gear? I think there should be at least one Act where well-geared players can find a challenge, but blizzard apparently does not feel the same. If you are regular Joe struggling in inferno that means inferno must be nerfed! Nice logic
season after season in D2 i never struggled like i have compared to D3 progression, now i'm not going to put all of the blame in 1 area but really its a STRONG mixture of bad end game balancing with bad gear designing, on top of lack luster skill balancing/playability on top of pressure from the community to made a TOUGH game. No wonder soooo many people were displeased, but here was have the few hold outs, like yourself, who want to say it's fine the way it is. You don't need harder content what you need is more content, and with that content some of which needs to be harder.
What they should do is add another difficulty past inferno, one that drops the same exact gear and the monster are running around with 4 - 5 addfix's and the regular mobs should have (minor) addfixs like increased speed and extra health or improved strength. this would please the fokes who LIKE to die, play the same exact build, and love kiting mobs for days on end.

they did this all the time in D2, the poor people who still fall for these. I'm just glad the old trade screen swap out doesn't exist since person to person trading is non existent.

Remember the class presentation videos posted pre-release? Those videos also use outdated clips, and some of the clips present material with items/crafting mats that is outdated, so it's not the first time
those are not as noticeable, these are, especially with the D3 community feeling the game is on a decline due to boredom and there is that feel as if it wasn't polished in the mechanics area, these pictures aren't helping much. It just feels wrong.

People are just giving themselves a reason to be pissed off by not reading the tool tip.
I really don't know why the system is in the game, but it's there and has been. If I had to guess it's because they don't want people running around with two of the same rings and weapons. Probably because some legendaries have the potential to be really powerful especially if you have two of them. Also things like sets people could wield two of the same item and get the benefit. Imagine being able as a demon hunter to get double natalyas marks to get the two piece bonus. You could dual wield Sunkeepers and get 50% MF from them.
I think it's probably just something they intended from the beginning. Legendaries wouldn't feel very legendary if you could have two of them. Besides the best items are going to be rares if you get the right roll.
why not just give certain items the unique equipped mark then or how about not making them retarded in first place? most other items that can be duel wielded (currently) arnt going to be game breaking, the fist weps i bought my monk sure as heck wern't. I think it's worthy of gripping about on there forums.
