A few suggestions about the build first:
You have a good amount of all res and I think you will be better off with war cry - impunity instead of overpower.
About passives, definately change bloodthirst, probably best to superstition but nerves of steel is also an option. I'm currently on 170k damage buffed and still prefer superstition over bloodthirst most of the time.
As for gear, i think a new offhand with high LoH instead of LS is a priority, you need much more damage before you can afford a LS offhand and i personally still have LoH on my offhand.
You also need a lot more life, at least 40k, saves you from dying on burst damage.
Other than those things gear choices seem pretty solid, just a matter of slowly improving the damage without losing all resist/vit etc.
I'd suggest replacing the rune on WoTB, Insanity for more damage or Striding giant if you're having a hard time.
Anyway the LoH on amulet is pretty sweet, but there is no replacement for LoH on weapon, I wouldn't recommend going with less than 1200 total LoH and the 2 best sources are amulet and weapon.
I have determined with absolutely metaphysical certitude, that no one will ever farm act3 inferno without spending 2.7 billion gold (precisely) on gear.
I spent 60m gold on my barb (S&B, not WW) that kicks the crap out of act III (but for a few really tough packs, but they still die), so... ummm.... search for better deals?
Kicks the crap out of inferno, meaning you can beat it? okay that's nice. Can you beat a fast, molten, desecrator horde pack of those little imp things that explode into poison? Or horde arcane sentry with walls?
Rhetorical question, answer is no if you get unlucky whatsoever. All it takes is improper walling and 50 sentries to slice you up
I can honestly say that I farm act3 very easily (tornado barb) and can beat any packs including the one you mentioned if I have my WoTB slaughter CD up. For 90% of packs I kill them pretty easily without the CD aswell.
The gear is pricey but that is with 200% mf unbuffed, getting the same stats without the mf should cost a reasonable amount.
I'm currently running a3 with WW build rather easily, and if you want to do act3 the things that stand out the most in your gear is really not the damage, your damage is definitely high enough for act3 (more will be faster but you have more pressing issues at the moment).
My suggest is you need to get ~40k hp (your current hp is pretty decent) but mainly you need much more all resist, around 600+ unbuffed (9xx with impunity) to farm act3 effectively without dying much (i have 950 AR with impunity and die about twice in a full act3 run).
About LoH you weapons are good, you usually want main hand without LoH and an off hand with 800+ life on hit. However, that is not enough alone, you also need a 400+ LoH amulet.
To summarize, get an amulet with 400+ LoH, and boost your all resist a lot (without hurting your damage and max hp).
P.S. I saw the issue raised here of WoTB with TOC and it is definately not mandatory for this build, I run WoTB with slaughter and find it much more effective for me, makes the really hard champion packs take 4-5 seconds instead of quite a bit of time (most champion packs are pretty easy even without WoTB)
I have read many posts about MF. It was always my understanding that MF gear does not directly effect the stats on an item. It only effects the ilvl of the item dropped. e.g. You'll have a better chance of getting higher ilvl gear but the rolls on the stats have nothing to do with MF %.
Then I read the post with the Blizzard guide about MF and this part got my attention:
"Magic find affects the quality of items you acquire from killing enemies (but not treasure chests, vases, weapon racks, or other environmental objects). It doesn’t give you a chance to get more items on a given kill – instead, it increases the chance that an item you find will be magical, and more potent than it would be otherwise"
The way I'm reading that undertlined comment is that MF gear DOES effect the stat rolls on items. Can someone clearify this for me please?
I really dont think he is running around with mf gear in act 3 unless he is swapping to it no one is atm seeing as you wouild lose dps doing that or surival wich makes the runs slower/harder than they need to seeing as on avrage the loot is so much better than act 1 or 2 so many 63 weps!

Takes a little while but eventually youll end up with some nice mf on your gear and a nice farm speed.
I run with 280 MF unbuffed, before swapping. I skip areas that I noticed take me a long time and are annoying, that means: Keep level 1, battlements and the icefall cave/frost caverns if I see the leaper elites. I don't bother fully exploring the two open areas between areat gate and the bridge. I kill an elite pack every 4-6minutes. With high MF I dont mind killing white mobs especially in big packs.

Although I'm not a wizard (playing barbarian) I do run my regular gear with 222% mf unbuffed (297% with valor) and I'm farming act3 killing a rare pack in 12-20 seconds usually and generally a rare pack every 3 min or so (I skip all white mobs though).
Since its possible with a barbarian I assume its possible with a wizard so don't be so quick to flame him
I run 297% mf with 5 stacks on my regular gear (just bought all my regular gear with mf on it, no mf set), and the difference is extremely noticeable.
It doesn't hurt my farm speed (champion pack in act3 inferno without crazy affixes takes me ~10-13 seconds to kill) and get usually 3-4 rares from a champion pack.
Still got 2 pieces I didnt change to ones with mf and am looking to do it asap.
tldr: dont keep mf set and switch to it, buy your regular gear with mf on it, costs a bit more but you won't regret it

Well I doubt that when announcing the game they expected to have so many complete revamps of major game systems like skills, runes, crafting etc.
It was probably planned for release much sooner without the revamps, so you could say it failed as a project in that they didn't meet the original planned schedule. However I am guessing that financially and critically it will be a great game and I'm definately looking forward to it.
So yeah basically it has failed in some regards, but I think overall both blizz and most of us will be happy with the outcome.
The D3 team has said several times, that it is a co-op game with focus on trading.
Don't remember the specific ones but I do recall Jay Wilson saying on interviews more than once that they view it as a co-op game, with the option of doing everything single player aswell.
Without item binding, not sharing the artisans would have been pointless, as you can just level them on one char, craft everything there and put in stash for other chars to take.
Making them shared just saves you that hassle, which is the direction they are generally taking with the game, eliminating pointless time-consuming tasks like these.
There will be a lot of people who will only play normal and not go on to the harder difficulties, and I think it's aimed at them so they gain the last skill near the end of normal, and get to have all the skills while playing even without doing the harder difficulties

Yeah, MF affects whether the rare item will have 4, 5 or 6 different affix rolls, obviously the 6 affix ones being the rarest
