For me this is the best rune to put in Teleport. I guess it would mean you could spam Teleport numerous (3-5) times before the cooldown begins, but I was wondering if the cooldown counter would reset every time you cast a new Teleport? If it doesn't you would be able to cast Teleport untill you run out of Arcane Power (why do I want to say mana? :D) and that would be imba.
Hi there, I feel like a nub. I played D1 and D2 alot, but stopped for the last time in 2008 (i think). Now im drawn to D3, but I'm really lost. Oh well, hopefully I'll get into it once again. Ok, so there is this girl in my class which I was not interested in at all at first but I think its because I didn't really pay attention to her. Then the teacher makes a new seating chart and moves around everyone and she ends up next to me. Im just like whatever and don't pay attention and just sleep. Rares/crafted (if in game) should be the strongest as the mods on either of those are totally random (crafted have some that isnt, i know) whereas the mods on unique/set items are given before hand and only certain things can vary.
However, I will call "Bullshit" on this item for a few reasons: Every single mod on there is absolutley perfect. In addition, the repair item mod is 15 seconds too fast - it should be either 20 or 33 seconds for 1 point. I will let you know what the chances of rolling this item is in a bit, but the number will be rather large.

Me an a guy from another forum just talked about what the best possible item you could get was And I made that Zerker with an editor. You cannot find any better item in the game, not a better Zerker imo, that is. Every mod on there is possible, though not at all likely as you pointed out. Btw, are you sure that the fast-repair mod on it isnt possible to find? Thx in advance
