Basically they said they have trash developers and no innovation what so ever, and that this little blog post is supposed to make it all better. So saying you are incapable of living up to the expectations made by your betters is enough to allow you to keep your job... that's just great.
This game is truly dead now, with the post it might have well been the nail in the coffin. No prospects, no ideas, nothing fun or engaging. People were hoping that PvP would save the game, and kept playing with that hope at the center of their resolve... well that's gone now. I'd say "GG" Blizzard, but I'd be lying.

Sorry but its the most effective way of killing things, and if your basic instincts are the same as mine, no matter how unique or different the build these people offer you, your not going to be able to enjoy it because deep down inside you'll know that you could have just dropped that champion pack in 3 acid rains and been gone by the time the unique build even arives

Sorry, your "fun" build isn't good enough for MP, which isn't intended to be used by people playing "fun" builds. Have you forgotten that Inferno is the challenge of this game? Blizzard has stated several times Hell is the perfect place for "fun" builds, and inferno is the hardmode (lol i know) that only those of highest skill and prowess should take on, which you are neither based on your issues. I say "fun" in quotes for you because I doubt our sense of fun is the same, as I have fun dominating Ubers MP8+ with little issue.
Since Diablo 3 is just WoW 1.5, I'll use an appropriate example. Its like you trying to DPS as a holy priest and getting upset when you get kicked from groups for wanting to play "your way". Sorry but your way is stupid.
I need to explain the differences between restrictions and bugs? Then everyone loses
Bug = Something they intended to work, but doesn't work
Restriction = Something they never intended on functioning that way
Legendary dying is in the works, it's some bug on the programming side that they're trying to remove. Class specific items can't roll only useful stats as they'll become instant BIS.
Legendary dyeing is't a bug, they just can't be assed to make several art copies of the items in different colors (which is how dyeing works - use that Infernal dye on an item and the game displays the art of that item in Infernal color).
As for class specific items rolling garbage stats: I've seen Spirit Stones roll with bonuses to Wizard skills. Quivers with +mana. Bonuses like that which are completely impossible to take advantage of should be removed. Yea, that Uhkapian serpent might suck since it rolled 150+ DEX, but hey, at least it didn't roll APoC, which is possible under current conditions.
Also, there will never be a gold sink in Diablo 3, because that would cut down on gold sales (people wouldn't sell gold if they actually NEED it), so Blizz wouldn't get their cut.

So as I told you, it's a technical issue, not an artist one.
And as I said earlier as well, you can't have class specific items roll only bonuses for their respective classes since they'll remove the option to chose any other items for that particular slots. Monk fists for example will absolutely destroy all other weapons if they can only roll dex and vit as main stats. With the current pool of 383 affixes, removing the non-monk ones... like str, int, str/int, str/dex, int/dex, int/str, str/vit, str/int, mana per hit, max mana, AP on hit, max AP, all-other-class-skill-ones, etc, etc. You'd be left with maybe 250 affixes, probably less. With the pool of stats being reduced so drastically a flow of awesome fists will come absolutely instantly, removing any need to look for anything other than monk fists if you're a monk. So 1 1h and 1 2h weapon is all the monk would likely be left to chose from. Then people will say "dude, class-specific items are TOO overpowered. They only roll good stats!". Well yeah, that's what you wanted.

Are these bad for loot or something? Its the only thing I can do right now as I was on a budget to begin with. In around 20 minutes as a TR monk I can do:
Core
Tower 1
Crater 2
Rakkis Backwards
Field of Slaughter + Cave...people skip cave for some reason but its always 2-3 elites, usually a goblin, and a resplendant and they are small as hell.
Keep 3... fast and 2-3 elites
Keep 2 till I hit a dead end unless I have fleeting then i circle back and clear the map
Skycrown backwards... up to 5 elites plus goblins
So Im usually getting 2-3 resplendants and 3-4 goblins per run and a ton of elites and Im paragon 25 and havent gotten a SINGLE legendary thats been to auction. Hell havent even sold a rare for a million yet. Its gonna take me till Diablo 4 is released to get 400-500 mil in gear so I can start doing MP 4-5. I just dont know what Im doing wrong to get no loot.
How are people beating RNG and walking around with a billion in gold worth of gear. I started at releases but quit for a while so probably played for a total of 4 months since the game went live. In those 4 months I have probably made 100 million gold, 25 million of that is looted gold according to my stats, so at that rate it will take me 3 years to have a billion gold. Yet people did it in 3 months. I just dont understand. I am online every day for 7-8 hours. Is that not enough? Should I be farming 12-15 hours a day? Im putting in the effort so Im not like a bunch of whiney WoW crybabies that want free raid quality loot for no effort. But Im not seeing the rewards for it. Its like D3 is the total opposite of WoW. You work your ass off for nothing and in WoW loot is thrown at you and you never have to leave town. And they wonder why everyone quit.

Flashback: it's May 2012 and geeks are coming in their pants over a new release. The D3 RMAH has attracted much interest and investment, the storyline is new albeit terrible and gamers around the world want to power through the content, get the best gear and claim a victory over the domions of hell.
Flashforward: it's December 2012 and the dwindling Nephalem numbers are all farming A3, have given up trying to get a quinfecta hellfire ring and are trying to sell their warez on the RMAH to no avail. There is nothing new about the game, even 'new' builds are sub-par, the mindless purging of inferno has become monotonous to say the least and the PvP pipeline has become something that the development team use to lure children into their oversized automobiles.
What in the way of new content would lure gamers back to D3?
Could D3 ever live up to its predecessors?
Why on earth would anyone give a sh*t about paragon 100?
People say the community is still thriving, but it really isnt. Its mostly stagnated and dead, just at a much larger degree than most games. A game can stagnate and die with 100k concurrent users, its just weird and rare. Nothing apart from admitting they were retarded and completely changing the game via an expensive (to cover the costs of completely rebuilding the game) expansion to make it Diablo 2.5 will save this game.
Edit: Further Clarification- The game is fine as is, it is easily a 7/10, and is well worth the 40 USD or however much it costs now. But Diablo 2 was worth its weight in gold, and easily could have sold copies for 200 USD and still be worth every penny. PvP will NOT add more end game content than Diablo 2 had, that statement is the most ignorant Ive seen in a while IMHO. Crafting ALONE in D2 was more end game content than this game has all together. Runes / other socketing ALONE is more content than D3 has altogether.
I generally use a kiting CM build ... My question is this; which of the two abilities is better to use in most cases, Energy Twister (Wicked Wind rune, to keep em in place), or Arcane Orb (Celestial Orb rune).

I apologize if I offended either of you, I figured I would go to the great wiz community here to help me out with what I was doing wrong, I thought CM was a requirement for having teleport in my build (which I do want to have, I'm a big ole coward when I got mobs coming at me).
Had I done research on my own skills I would have swapped to Illusionist and not even called myself a "CM build".

What Psychatog said is more or less true if you 1) want to be super efficient and not do anything but get to paragon 100 ASAP and 2) if you are playing a spec where you need to 1-hit everything, in particular Archon.
There are specs that actually don't work well with MP0, for example some barb specs and also CMWW. CMWW on MP0 doesn't work because the mobs die too fast to proc CM. CMWW actually works perfectly against large mobs of groups that live for a long time and give you lots and lots of CM procs. White mobs in a single player game on MP10 have about 5m HP or so, almost no one can 1-hit them (maybe except for Jaetch and some other people with insane gear).
The OP asked for MP10 with CMWW and not for the cookie cutter build to get him through countless Alkaizer runs as fast as possible.

The fact things living longer give you more AP / fury is redundantly pointless, as things simply dying from 1 twister / WW pass through is still better than having to spend 20 seconds ramping up to kill trash. Ah, I see what you mean. Yeah, I agree. What I meant with "specs that don't work" is the following example of a high DPS wizard with CMWW. Usually you cast WW, EB, DS, and FN on a group of mobs. Let's say you see a group of 5 mobs. You cast all those spells => your Arcane Power is almost gone. You have 20 APoC and 50% crit, all mobs die from a single hit, so on average you get 2-3 crits which translates to about 50 Arcane Power => less than what you spent. Do this by quickly running through an area and you'll have AP problems. Obviously, there are many ways to get around this issue. Most likely you would stop casting EB or DS or EN => you should replace one of these with a damage spell (Force Weapon, Sparkflint). That's what I meant with "some spells don't work *well*. But I agree that it's an edge case and in general there's no doubt about what you said (anything above mp0 is a trick to get you less stuff).
By the way, there are two other reason to run MP10 than the one you mentioned, and these are exactly the reasons why I switched to MP10 recently:
1) Some people get bored of lower MP levels
2) If you want to farm keys, MP10 is not a bad choice (just feels good to have the 100% drop chance)
I assumed that the OP had a similar motivation and thus didn't question his reason for going MP10, but just tried to give him hints on how to get there.
You are right as well, I have problems thinking in any way other than my own, and I miss out on other peoples idea of fun. If you have fun playing higher MP, then please play away. Er... I'm not sure why you actually need CM for this build.
If you have APoC, just run Arcane Orb and maybe throw in Blizzard - Snowbound to hold things down instead of Frost Nova. Instead of relying on CM to refresh your Teleport, just run Illusionist passive.
Drop your Slorak's and run a wand with APoC to complement your Tal Rasha's source. And try running Scramble to improve your character's positioning (or just turn tail and run). And obviously if you find survival issues, go Force or Prismatic Armor instead of Storm.
