Wouldn't it be better to shorten crossbow with the term tbow? I keep seeing xbow and I keep thinking someone is talking about xbox. I hate how lazy the gaming community is with typing shit out. Like it's really that much faster anyway.
I love two handed weapons and wish there were better ones for my class.
Pretty sure "x" as an abbreviation to the word "cross" has existed longer than gamer terminology for xbow.
Just look at a railroad. It isn't laziness, it's just Pain in the English.
On Topic: My DH is only 40 atm since I've been leveling her as an alt on the side when I'm on a break at work. She uses a 2H XBOX and a Quiver. It seems Quivers always come equipped with Attack Speed. And I like my pew pews to be quick. Honestly, as stated earlier, unless you can afford it - I would just search for 1Hx2 and OF. See which one would give you what you're looking for and go with that. If you can't buy something right away, buy a cheap alternative until you can get what you're looking for. My Main in Wiz. So sometimes I go with a 2H and sometimes I go with a 1H+OF depending on which has the better overall stats.
I bought 2 copies = Standard * 2 = 120. (got one for my wife).
Oh this was in reference to OP paying 50 euros for this game
Which is totally irrelevant

Why can't they just go off your computer time? I'm sick of PDT too. I wake up at 6am on my days off. So when Blizz is like 8am PDT, I'm like - ok cool, I can get some laundry and errands done in two hours... but it's not two hours, it's actually 4 hours. And now it's 11:00AM PDT, which is 1PM for me. There goes my day off. What a waste of a day off.
My house is clean, my errands are done, my boyfriend is at work. What to do for the next 3 hours... Netflix or summer tan?
Ermmm..... I play Diablo 3.
I actually got my boyfriend to play, not the other way around.
Plus I've been talking about it so much at work, I got a female co-worker to play. She games every day with her husband, and I game every day with my boyfriend.
I got another female co-worker to play Skyrim with me when that game came out.
I work at SBux, a predominately female place of business. I'm the biggest gamer in the store, but 60% of the females I work with also own at least 1 gaming console and play at least 2-5 times a week. (I probably play about 2-16 hours a day, depending on the day)
That avatar in the corner, That's me. I'm 100% girly gamer. Dresses, bows, pink and video games. There are a lot more girl gamers out there than you are all aware off... and we love gaming just as much (if not more) than Joe Schmoe next to us.
So my boyfriend is really upset with his Monk since their class was nerfed a bit after 4 monks down'd Diablo by rotating a few skills. I've read on the actual forums that a few melee classes where upset about D3 endgame and not being able to solo content passed Hell.
I'd really like to encourage my boyfriend to stick with his Monk since he's already gotten to 56 and I'm at 60 - I don't really want to wait for him to level a new character to play with me again!
I'll be lurking the Monk and Barb threads (his co-worker plays a Barbarian) for more concrete information, but I thought I'd throw up this quick poll to see if anyone else has been affected by their initial class decision entering end game.
Please also post WHY you chose to play your class or if you plan to re-roll now that you're in end game to keep this thread going.
I couldn't create another poll for the Wizard (3 poll maximum) but Critical Mass was nerfed recently. Personally I haven't rerolled over it, but I have re-arranged my skills and I'm playing fine. I'd like to hear thoughts on this as well!
UPDATE:
(Since a few people have been bad mouthing the man that I'm in love with)
My boyfriend hasn't exactly re-rolled BECAUSE of the nerf. I think its part boredom and part unsure of how to play the Monk end game. He doesn't usually play these types of games, and I've been going on and on about D3 for months. So he purchased a computer a week before launch and bought the game at midnight release so he could spend time with me. MMORPG is my world, not his. He's playing this game for me which I think is amazing and he's been getting better and better every day! So he's still new to this "world". Basically the purpose of this thread was to find ways to help him play his class better and encourage him to keep playing it etc. Not to bad mouth him He's an amazing boyfriend!
The [BATTLE.NET] website says that we can begin an early install at 8:01AM PDT (which for me is actually like 10:01) :\
8:00am is in about 15 minutes for anyone out in California. I can't seem to find the link to the installer though. Is it going to show up at exactly 8:01am PDT?

the troll mask was killer
good job!
Does Blizzard take the first cut and THEN Pay Pal?
ie: If I list an item for $1.25
Blizzard will first take off $1
and then Pay Pal will take 15% of $0.25?

So you're saying that I CAN install the game (in 2 hours) WITHOUT being a digital purchaser?
My account page is showing "Pre-purchase Diablo 3 now!!!" where it would just say "Diablo 3"
8:00am is in about 15 minutes for anyone out in California. I can't seem to find the link to the installer though. Is it going to show up at exactly 8:01am PDT?
