Was wondering which route most of you take for act 2? i like a good balance of XP and drops, and i have around 18-20 act 1 and 3 keys in hardcore, so i need to get my ass to act 2
the whole reason why i even put in all this time into this game was because there was money involved.
I cant believe people actually play a game that bores them just because there is money involved, when the game gets boring its time to sell all your gold and items and move onto hardcore
This is a action rpg. Every char can handle himself. We dont need tanks, we dont need healers. The game is designed that way. Yes, you can run a suboptimal build and give every party member his own little buff and even stun a monster here and there that would otherwise have charged a party member... WOW
Guess what, you would be more helpful if you would just do damage like the other 3 in the party.
And yes, its true, sometimes a tank can carry some people and they can kill stuff one monster power higher than their gear would allow with only like 50000 times the time needed. Great whoop. Better farm the monster power your gear can actualy handle and dont get expected to be carried by others.
All in all, yes they are fun to think about, but nobody needs them. Not till team play is actually required to plow trough this game.
There are actually skills in the game that benefit group play more then solo play, assuming that player is using a gimped build is just way off
Exclusive pre-order items are something the gaming community should be throwing a fit about, not supporting the idea.
These cheap marketing tricks make me sick, yet nobody seems to care that certain items are only made available to people whom bought the game using the pre-order system.
Whether or not an item is in-game shouldn't rely on anything that happens outside of said game.
Why shouldn't dedicated fans that believe in a product before its released get rewarded?
I don't usually preorder games, but I like the fact that those that order a game before there are any reviews etc.. are rewarded.
With the changes to inferno and the Monster Power system, could you imagine this game re-released without an AH though? Inferno could actually be handled with found items and you could slowly build up to the monster power you wanted.
I still hope for a ladder system without auction house, with a reset every 6 months.
Finding a well rolled legendary item is hard enough right now, if thewre was no AH then there's a lot more grinding a lot more "I'm stuck on Inferno Act2" like the beginning of the game (Which is how it should've been) and that's fact.
You can not be serious.
Do you remember inferno at the beginning ? It was the reason why a huge part of the player base left and they changed it drasticaly. If you enjoy such a grindy gamestyle, there are super crazy mods for D2 out there. Play these. D3 is not that game, and it was not intendet to be that game, and it will never become that game and a huge majority of the players does not want it to be that game.
"and that's fact"
It was not intended? it was exactly intended to be that game, that is why it was "that" game at release.
But people whine and protest so Blizzard made a more casual friendly inferno.
Anyone have problem with buying nice item and not receiving it ? Last week i grabbed insta purchase (1d12h) of sexy ring (60+ avg, 60 str, 50 vit, 5.5 crit, chc25+ etc) and i still didn't receive it .. Thing like that happened to me when i grabbed shitload of gems, than i purchase only 1 gem and i get all items but this is just not coming at all (and yes, i did not send it to stash and sell it coz i really need that damn item) ...
Anyone else have same problems sometimes? Couldn't it happen on some crap item :|
I'm having the same problem, i usually buy cheap items for 100-200gold until they appear in my completed items tab.
Dunno if I read correctly but they said smth about legs rolling 63lvl stats or smth like that.So WKL being 62, is it worth investing 60-100mil in a decent one cause there is one on ah with 46CD and 25% LD for 70mil ( ~900dps ) and was thinking of buying it.
Those changes are months away.
