i guess the only way would be to kill a blue pack while at 5 stacks with 0 MF gear, then kill another pack with +200MF... do it multiple times for a sample group average?
I'm wanting to know, will pvp match you up with people on similar latency? Otherwise it's pretty much going to be a battle of the pings. Will the legendary buff affect existing items?

so mad crit dmg woulf be 200%, etc
