Blizzard employees don't just go out and talk about other companies, their IPs, Blizzards IPs, etc. just because they want to. Especially someone of the caliber of Jeff Kaplan.
On top of that, the grammar is terrible. There's a strict NDA and a strict PR dept for all of this.
