Your stats are actually quite Balanced. I would aim for 45k Health+. Made a massive difference for me. Possibly a little more LoH grab a neck should be able to get one for a few mill. No harm in going for slightly more AS aim for 2.2+, your talents look good to me however I use Deadly reach and Keen eye (More survivablity and Kiting potential).
Your Resistances are fine leave them for the moment I run similar in act 4.

Grab some AS rings, neck, chest and weapon. Will make a huge difference. Aim for 2.2+ imo. It will increase you DPS as well.
Just killed Diablo on inferno with 5 stacks of NV last night - Can now comfortably farm A3 - Ill post stats see if they help at all for you.

My damage is a little low but I prefer the extra defensive stats seeing as I play with friends a bit. The biggest help for me was getting over 50k Life (some monks don't really stack vitality, i personally don't like being one shot if you get cornered or something) and the LOH.
I suggest picking up a Tal Rasha's Chest the ATS really helps should only set you back a Million or so. Make sure every piece has 2 Resists on it pref 40 plus.
As for talents always Mantra of Evasion imo for surviability, I tested it quite a bit and its just not worth the Healing aura. Feel free to message me if you got any more questions.
