It's good for the game if Bounties are just rewarding enough to be worth doing, and no more. If the Bounty reward is too much then killing monsters feels bad in comparison - you're encouraged to do the absolute minimum completion goal of each Bounty and then get out of there as fast as possible to speedrun the next one. Bounties are ultimately just an excuse to get people into new zones doing new things, there's no need for them to be the primary source of all exp and loot.
No one does quests just for the gold/exp rewards, it's the same thing really. It's pointless. And I'm struggling to see who needs 100k gold per bounty if you're smart and have saved up billions of gold already.
85 000 exp for a bounty? That's pathetic. That's not even a bonus, that's a joke. Remember that people get 150m exp / hour or more in D3 vanilla (probably more in RoS) if they hardcore grind, and bounties take quite a while to do.
Well keep in mind that XP rate will be increased too. High level items now give +exp bonuses and I assume the % exp bonuses are larger too on level 70 items.
Every successful block has a 50% chance to reduce all cooldowns by 1 second.
Yeeees. I love this stuff.
And so all Justice Lanterns doubled in price. Block seems the way to go for barb with the fury on block and now reduce cooldown too, wish I had gotten the rings earlier. Although there might be something better than 22% block on rings, or a limit of 75% or so.
I don't care about NV, actually it's just nice to not have to kill five elites in every single game, although they really have to buff the loot from elites or people are just going to kill trash like they do now (when not farming DE).
So most players are going to wear class items now. I mean the odds of them rolling good is way better now with only the main stat available. Plus they have exclusive stats like life leech on mighty belts and arcane power on hit on wizard hats etc.
BoA on transmog, since you're gonna enchant your best items anyway, who cares? They would be BoA either way. If you're not enchanting you're not getting the best gear that's it, all of your items are going to be enchanted.
BoA on enchanted... is it a good idea? I don't know, it makes me feel like I have to wait until I get the best item possible until I enchant it. Good rolled items are still going to be ridiculously priced on the market, especially since items will be enchanted and disappear from the market, just like in HC.
Wow what a WD nerf. Soul Spirit int down to 2% from 130%. I guess that will make their DPS more in line with the other classes.
Nice to see some DH love, especially double damage of Ball Lightning and RF getting even stronger. My wiz is gonna love the buffs to Arcane Mines, Sleet Storm and the huge buff to Blizzard.
I always have 300% MF on my characters at all times. As I level up I swap out the MF stats. It's a too important stat, and now it's probably going to take a much higher level to max it out since you only can put one point every four levels. Bad move. They can remove GF, it serves no purpose really, and I wouldn't mind if they removed MF either.
Yes but 1 million damage is still low for having killed 20 mobs. Remember you are talking about maxing life after kill on items. There are similar skills like a Cleave rune that does more damage but no one uses them. The big problem with on kill effects is that in co-op the chance is low that you're the one actually killing the enemies, especially if you're using slow attacks and have CM/WW/WD in party that just drains out the life over time. They should make it on assist like Archon or a debuff like Exploding Palm.
ItemPassive_Unique_Ring_644_x1 - When you kill an enemy, it explodes for 500% of your Life per Kill as damage to all enemies within 20 yards. You no longer benefit from your Life per Kill. (Previously increased chance to find Health Globes by 100%)
You can currently stack about 11507 life after kill as it is right now, so 11507 x 500% = 57535 damage within 20 yards. Not bad if it doesn't change seeing how lvl 70 monsters would have much more hp. But who knows.
Way too low damage to be useful.
Yes thank god they're removing LS completely, that is gonna buff my tank wiz a lot since I refused to play with LS items.

Oh I see. So you would need 6500 int to get the same effect. Doesn't sound entirely unrealistic.
