Since it's only being sold by Blizzard directly, you'll have to wait until they put it up on discount again. If you're lucky it might be around Christmas.
Still unsure about this. For starters I really liked what they did with Skyrim and I'd guess the isometric view could be there just for a better view of everything. I'd also guess the really cool gear isn't being showed (gimme Daedric again please!), same with the dungeons. All we've seen are a few atronachs and bits and pieces of not too special areas.
One of the things that makes me doubt it'll have the feeling of a real Elder Scrolls game is the fact that there's going to be many heroes. The whole point of every single Elder Scrolls game I've played so far was that "shit, the world is going down, I'm the one that needs to save it"!
Dunno, American revolution feels a bit out of place for me. Will probably give it a go, but I'm already a bit bummed. They could have come up with something a tad more interesting than this.
Or you could go for an all-round mf/dps gear and not worry about Nephalem Valor. Although the guaranteed rare/rares on bosses is quite big to overlook.
Playing in a team kinda helps with using a "not awesome" spec for some things but quite awesome in others, though.
Not much, because they aren't limited, or, likely a bit more than they are now. The Star 2 Collectors is 150 bucks on Amazon.
That's actually not correct. There's a set amount of CE's produced. Where they go afterwards is a different matter. Some remain unsold and get re-distributed elsewhere, giving the illusion they were produced later on. Some pre-orders also get cancelled with the same result.
I used to work in retail so I know this as a fact.
9 hours, uh? I guess I'll be going to sleep when the servers go live for Europe (need my 8 hour sleep for when the servers go live here to survive the marathon ;)).
Fine by me.
Not really, Zero! You'll be here doing moderator duties while we EU mods are playing! We'll start working after your release (9 hours should be enough for starters)!
2005 was the year I moved from D2 to WoW and the year after I registered here (was diablo3.com back then) and got really active in this community. It's really nice to see how we grew and with the announcement of the game 2008 it all went straight up in matters of hype etc.
So... yeah, getting my hands on the game made me change my mind hard on the Monk. His playstyle is awesome! Wizard is also very very nice, but I guess I'll need to play over lvl 13 to enjoy the really strong stuff and get more powerful.
Still not 100% sure what I'll start, though. Barb/Wizard/Monk are swapping places every time I log in to play.

Wouldn't hold my breath, though.
"A difficult fight! Time to loot!!"
"Let ME check the treasure!"
How can you not love this guy?
And the dialogues where he's trashing Kormac... Simply awesome!
Elite Kills: 3.533
