Hey, just came in to give an update on the LTK build. I've been far from the game for some time, but recently tested the build (with sunwuko/scarbringer buffs) in T13 and got a quite decent time with below average gear. I updated the guide as well.
I don't recommend running T13 as soon as u get the pieces, but with all the basic paragon points and good gear (most desired afixes) any torment is okay. The build has far more damage but lacks improvement to it's toughness, so it's about moving all the time and taking elites down in a second.
I don't agree with you even tho I respect ur opinion. In the way I see those:
- QoL changes are nice, no doubt
- GR changes are indeed great
- Primal changes are horrible. In the sense that I wanted to have something else to grind for after the first weeks, not only I don't have those anymore, but depending on luck I can reach the endgame even faster. The current version feels more like a shortcut possibility (even tho under a small chance) because it doesn't give anything in the endgame. I don't see anyone grinding for such rare item (even more rare to get the right rolls) for a 0.5% upgrade.
- You talked about the several set buffs and used the DH example. That's actually the only valid example, as all the other buffs were negligible.
i had one really bad with my monk yesterday.
plagued, molten, electrified, reflect damage. All that on a succubus pack (atacks from range and curses my armor to half)
i had a bad time here.

- nvm -, i'm tired and I can't delete my post.
Well, if it's working as intended now, which it isn't, it will fall in next season as other sets have been improved.
Unless you mean working as intended = two classes can be competitive with it.
Am I missing something or they didn't change LoN?
