Well...the wording on tal'rashas and elemental exposure specifies only element damage; so thunderfury proc should activate it shouldnt it?. SoH specifies dmg from a skill....so I'm just curious what sorts of things proc it.
When it come to at least deflection, the way it stacks and builds up is weird, making it really easy fall off; I'd expect this may be a good weapon for whoever is using a channeling build + deflection/domination/or barrior blade.
Hello, I recently got a Valthek's Rebuke and because it was significantly better than the current weapon i was using, I felt compelled to change my build to go with it.
I had also rationalized that 20% dmg boost from elemental exposure seems too good to use, i'd tweak my abilities to passively throw in the other elements.
Do any of you guys have suggestions on how to make this build work better for torment? at this time im just doing mastery bc my gear doesnt seem up to par.
edit note; sorry I mixed up the names of runes, so please dont assume by the title im using wicked winds, I'm using raging storm so my twisters build up big and with the weapon, having it go fairly straight is useful.
An interesting behavior the twister does with the legendary effect is although it travels straight, if it hits a wall at an angle itll sometime change direction and keep moving; feels like playing pong.
So....no one tested the effectiveness of the revamp runes/passives that generates shields from doing (arcane) dmg (which slay the lifesteal stat)
I'm asking because I had thought that making ninja/deathblossom build using a combination of these could make a ninja wizard thats tanky enough to survive, but dish out a lot of dmg.

Blades with aegis affix, forcewave, force or aegis affix weapon
passives: arcane aegis, blur, illusionist, (dont know the name, but the one that increases damage done within 15yrds)
