Your gear is excellent, although your helm could probably give you more. A socket with at least +15% life could give you a huge life pool bonus while possibly having more dex or resists.

I'm completely stuck in act 3, although I can farm act 2 with ease. Only difference between farming gear and progression is the gem in my helm.
