Let's get something out of the way. How much money do you guys think are Blizzard getting out of the RMAH?
With the fastest selling PC game of all time, and items for sale that effect in-game power, I bet it is more than any other non-MMO game on the market. It would have to be.....
Actually, let me restate that, I bet it is more than any other non-subscription game on the market.....to include MMOs.
I would never consider buying cosmetic items on GW2 or DOTA2.....but I have bought an item in D3.
I'm sure if you compare, they make more than those games.
Don't bet, tell me an estimation. People say "no one plays this game anymore", yet the RMAH profits are "more than any other non-subscription game on the market.....to include MMOs".
Give me an estimation.
Name another game with a RMAH to compete with D3 for that title.
I'm not expecting much from Blizzard because they remind me of activision with CoD. If you guys/girls realize that Blizzard just wants money and not care for what fans want, what's the point of supporting them.
Did you forget that Blizzard and Activision merged? They have different development teams, but Blizzard's releases sucking in a similar manner to Activision's releases is no coincidence, they're the same corporate entity.
You have hardly any crit chance (only 4% from bracers), so the crit damage on your amulet is mostly worthless. Your shoulders, bracer and maybe pants are your best items, although the pants don't have any resist. Everything else should be a pretty cheap upgrade. If you can get an amulet or a ring with more life on hit, that would help a lot too.
No, my standard whirlwind build is 300k buffed dps, not counting my Tyrael's 14% to demons bonus. I farm MP0 and drop WOTB and use Charge with Animosity and Unforgiving.
Since your play low mp levels, you dont need higher weapon dmg, you dont need higher burst. Its all about speed. Dual wield gives you that speed. Take a decent mighty weapon in your main hand an some medium echoing offhand. Play correctly with that weapon setup and i guarantee you that you xp per hour increases by 10 mill. Dont fool yourself with tooltip dps, its increadible missleading.
Dual wield mp1 with 100% uptime on wotb and your above 80m xp per hour.
The problem for many of us is that our DPS is too high to maintain WOTB below MP 4, yet it takes more than a couple of passes to kill elites at this level and thus efficiency is lost.
If you died in one shot in hell difficulty, you weren't geared as well as you thought you were. I'm not trying to be rude, but that's really the only explanation. Without any +Life % gear, 850 vitality is 29,750 life at level 60. That's hardly anything. What were your armor and resist values?
Your shoulders, and bracers are low on strength (strong arm bracers can roll over 200 I believe). Your helm and belt look okay, but the other three pieces of IK look pretty weak, your Inna's could be upgraded, as could your amulet. And you're probably not going to want to hear this, but upgrading your emeralds could yield another 40% crit damage...
I've been using a variant of this build (switched out Stomp for Rend) for a couple of weeks, its much better than a standard wotb build for mp 0 and maybe even up to 2 with my gear. I tried it with a Skorn, but ultimately went back to a dual wield build with a Sunkeeper for the MF, elite bonus, and overall better damage output. I do have to be a bit more careful with my fury management, but my dps is high enough that mobs still die in one pass/tick anyway.
Your weapons look like the weakest point to me. If you're doing a whirlwind build, the attack speed on the axe isn't helping much, and the high dps on the offhand could be traded out for more strength and crit, even a dagger with low(ish) dps could be a pretty good upgrade. The best part about the sword is the attack speed, but that wouldn't make much of a difference if you swapped out to a dagger. You might lose some character sheet dps if you swap to a so called "stat stick," but your actual damage output will probably go up quite a bit. Getting more life steal certainly couldn't hurt. Of course, if you' AREN'T using a whirlwind build, all of this is sort of incorrect except for the life steal bit.

I'm sorry this humor is flying over so many people's heads, it's decent.
