Fast attack -> less damage per hit -> weaker Heaven's Fury/Fires of Heaven
I agree with this. It's all wep % based so something that attack's fast will not hit as hard. And even something fast as a dagger with the wrath regen won't output a 2h in damage in the long run. I haven't really found wrath loss a issue for me tho. But then again I only use 2 spells that cost it. My dump and Heaven's Fury. So maybe it's how many wrath costing skills you use that's the issue?
Informed Assumption: Pretty sure you will need to have at least the Diablo quest completed. This is because of the way that the rest of the quest system works. You *should* be able to enter a friend's game at Diablo and kill them to complete the quest. This *Should* unlock Act 5 if it works the same as the rest of the campaign. That said, you will not be able to reset quests until all of the quests you completed are complete, and if you upgrade to RoS including Act 5. If you're looking for a blue post confirming this exact case I don't believe there is one.
Fact: Now that said, after you have completed Diablo, you will need to be out of a game at midnight EDT to START a game in Act 5.

So my question is as the title ask. What is required exactly to unlock act V? Have all the quest complete (like being able to reset your quest)? Just a Diablo kill on that character? I was hoping if someone knew of a blue post on this. I can only find people's opinions and nothing that has blue on it.
You know that gap before the SK, after you destroy the four towers, the barb can jump over that gap, but the wiz can't teleport there... that still annoys the hell out of me
I feel like I have teleported over that before. Infact I think I have several time. I just think it's a small window you have to hit for it to work. (:
Wizard teleport does go through walls, you just have to target it in the right place and it isn't always easy to know where that is. As a general guideline targeting it far away works most of the time.
As for Dashing Strike, you can really call it whatever you want it's still a teleport even if they renamed it "Cupcake Buffet". It doesn't really bother me but I still think the Monk version is stronger unless you pair Teleport with Illusionist. It just has more flexibility thanks to being able to save a charge for defensive use while still applying it for offensive use.
Does DS allow you to go through walls and gates (and other things of that nature)? I keep teleport on my skill list A. To get away from the hurts. B I have it rune'd with fracture so it doubles as a threat drop. Personally I like this over DS unless that does allow the passing through objects..

It's not really a "teleport" It's a dash. It does allow you to go through or pass any objects. So teleport is meant for that than to just get across the screen. I also think, depending on how you rune it, it's meant to be played more defensively unlike monks dash which is more offensive.
I'm assuming all items pre-2.0 are usable by the Mystic for transmog, so I'm stocking up.
Sorry to be the one to tell ya, but only items you have looted, and Leg's you have ID'ed in 2.0.1 will be usable by the mystic in RoS.
I have been trashing all mine for brimstones. It's useless (in my opinion) to keep anything that isn't best in slot for your character around. So I'm stacking mats. (:
I do find myself still crafting Gloves, Bracers, Amulets, and Shoulders in hopes for that perfect roll tho...B)
