Edit: No you cant, but you can always work with a friend you trust that does have the paypal and sms set up and buy a trash item from them and then trade the funds back to your paypal account...

it depends on the +crit dmg. and THIS varies at every char...
the same thing with crit dmg (but the other way round...)
Blizzard might have some kind of weird averaged out algorithm for it.
I just know what sharpshooter does with the overall dps and its uncanny.
Rookie move, dont use sharpshooter when looking at an upgrade (dont use it all all if you can ) Either way short of the long is this...

There are times where a lower dps weapon out dps's a higher dps weapon 'off paper' when the weapons are around 150dmg apart and the lower weapon has crit dmg and a socket...and the higher one doesnt. if you have atleast 10% to crit, the lower dps weapon wins.
Quickly though, the number you see when you hover on an item to see the damage increase, that is the number you always get. It takes all gems, stats, and other affixes into account. The only time that changes is with skills like sharpshooter and can show you 10-20k dmg upgrades when they are really much less. But im sure you have figured that out the hard way already.
The scam is super easy and TBH I debated over a day or two if I should justhold on to all my crap rolls so that when people asked me to craft for them I would just always hand them a crap roll. You know I can also scam you by opening the trade window counting to 3 and then closing the window in hopes that your dumbass 'dragged and dropped' and now litterly dropped the item on the ground for me to ninja... again, just dont deal with people if you are gonna miss your funds or goods. There is always a safe and easy AH and RMAH for that/

I stopped at '540ish dmg', in inferno 2 handers can be 1k dmg NO PROBLEM. Since a WD is not a DH, the xbow is a 2hander for you, hence lost dmg from no off hand. 700 dmg 1handers in inferno drop fairly often and for me...tend to be salvaged.
When it comes to weapons DPS>ALL...stats can look nice but all that really counts on a weapon is ..
A: The Damage
B: The socket (whos gonna pass all that crit dmg)
Now if you find a slightly low dps 1h (700) or 2h (1k) but they have a socket AND bonus crit dmg...then you are in buisness because the crit dmg starts to really build.
IMO, keep farming, you aint nothin yet.
Plus you should be farming on your DH...hands down. Get to act 3, figure out wtf a "bunker seige run" is and enjoy!
I do think this is an extrmely small sample, and that its not possible to make any conculsions based on the OPs observations.

To be completely honest, the first time I was in Inferno, I was encountering many invulnerable packs. The last days none. But it's not that big of a sample.
Usually, it's just your perspective. Like Murphy's Law. You just remember better that bad things that happen, and you think they happen more often, either because you forget the good, or you think the bad are more important and have more of an impact on your psych.
I already responded to such notions in a previouse post. Its wildly understood, but my sample size is not in the habit of taking 10mins on something that either cant be beaten or...takes 10mins @_@. Just tally and move on.

But this is about what have you seen and how many times compaired to what else. really just looking for top3 solo numbers (since grouping with others; melee with ranged and ect, tend to blend our numbers big time) we just want to see what classes are having to face what against the might of the Blizzard 'RNG'

I love how everyone here is more or less being dickish to the OP, yes he only has a sample size of 9 at the moment but if you read his last statement it seem he was not necessary looking for opinions on if he is right but TRYING to get a larger sample size by asking others if they have noticed anything or got a larger percentage of one particular affix or not. As for you OP, I dont have any numbers but I have to say As a Barb player I seem to notice way more jailer,plagued and desecrater than anything else. It would be interesting to see if they are manipulating the RNG based on the class.

Anyways yes, I have been trying to just convey that me and my friends have numbers, we have patterns, shit looks obviouse (in the sense that elites cater to ranged different than melee, being the biggest one). And for anyone who cares, most-to-all of our patterns regaurding elites have stayed for the most part. Only difference being a drop in reflects (AWESOME), 1 more missle damp (total to 7 now, average is 3). And only 5 fast packs since last numbers were counted (OP, about a week)
Thanks to all that actually read the whole post to figure what it was about instead of seeing "sample size 9" and insta flamming.
...then again, who doesnt like a good (attempted) roast now and again.

88k dps DH here (no ss duh) and i clear act 3 seigbreaker/fortifide bunker runs (chest 5 stack and boss kill) in about 45 mins.
I melt shit. No joke. And it wasnt hard either.
From what I saw of your gear/stats, you need to get some IAS legendarys, atleast the helm...think it is called something vissage. Solid upgrade there
But most of all you need to maintain the xbow ( I have a bow, but i also have alot of base crit dmg on my gear keeping me at 150%+) WITH socket WITH emerald WITH 1k+dps and after that....crit chance...atleast 25%...
....and you dont need all that health, you are a DH. Learn to smokescreen.

IMO you should just come to my fortifide bunker runs (5 stack, resplendent chest, easiest models, boss kill ) and learn how to really farm!
