I'm currently rolling with 600 resists and pretty low HP (24K which forced me to use Mantra of Healing with Heavenly Body rune for extra HP). My armory has Guiding Light as one of my passives since I'm running with friend who also plays monk for extra DPS (Fleet Footed is in it's spot).
Now I have all the recipes for the crafted dexterity gear, and it's just a matter of time until I get decent gloves/bracers (shoulders are somewhat good and neck is close to godlike, but it missed my resistance the Physical one).
My questions are:
1) What should be my vitality upgrade? I'm thinking to craft "of vitality" gloves or bracers and hope to get a decent dexterity roll on them with my resists (or vitality only with some good offensive stats). The other option would be getting a decent rolled Hellfire Ring and geming +% vitality in my helm.
2) How does Sweeping Wind calculate the DPS now? Does it snapshot the DPS (I've red somewhere that they've changed it)? Is it still worth to blind before getting SW up?
3) What is the most efficient MP to farm? is it still Act3 MP1 (Alkaizer runs or w/e was the name)?
My budget is 40 mil.
Thanks in advance.

For some unknown reason the armory won't let me see your profile (guess it's just bugging again giving random 404s), but I'll still try to give you some advice by answering your questions.
1) "Easiest" Vitality upgrades for you should be either bracers or shoulders. They have less stats being possibly rolled, so chances are higher to get some nice vitality while still having somewhat good offensive stats. That's when you want to craft for vit rather than replace other gear, at least. If you asked me, I'd change like quite a lot - first thing being the build. I'll come to that later.
2) Sweeping Wind no longer snapshots your DPS before you cast it, but instead takes your current weapon-dps for calculations, which means that you should no longer be casting buffs before you use Winds. They still provide a damage boost to Sweeping Winds, though. It's just that the buffs now only last as long as they're active. Keeping Blinding Flash up 100% of the time is no longer possible (which is why it's rarely used nowadays).
3) It really depends on what playstyle you prefer. If you're sticking with your current build, low to mid-level MPs is still best EXP and Loot-wise.
If you get into the now so popular TR/Bell-Build, however, you'll get way more Xp, Loot and Essences no matter what MP you play on. Depending on your gear, it can be most efficient to farm MP10, but as long as you're gearing up, you're problably doing more XP on mid-level MP (3-5 is likely what you should be going for with your current budget).
Maybe you should just be gathering some information or experience with the new build possibilities and decide which path to chose first. Makes it a whole lot easier to help you with any other upcoming questions!
The link should work now, diablofans added some strange letters at the end of the link for some unknown reason.
Thanks on the tips I'll keep crafting shoulders/bracers until I get the desired ones with vit. I've tried TR/Bell build with not so good skorn and didn't like it. Too clunky and I had a feeling I'm not really in control of my character, so I'll stick to the old fashioned one which I used to play.
So Blinding Flash isn't really a good choice anymore. Any recommendations?

So finally RNG Gods looked upon me and decided that I deserve to get a decent items.
I've gotten nice rolled bracers (although no dex on them, double resist coupled with decent crit chance and loads of vitality which I missed), a good gloves (aren't trifecta, still crafting and hoping for it, they have good vit, not my resists though but were 12K DPS upgrade) and had a luck with Inna's Radiance with %life so I'm on that sweet spot I aimed for. Also don't pay attention on my belt, I'm using 4pc inna's for low MP farming and got decent TWH when I'm on higher MP.
What do you guys think I should aim to upgrade next?

I wouldn't say that. Blind is not a mandatory spell anymore, but it still provides nice burst and decent cc. When I use dw, I usually end up still using Blind. Also, judging from your spec, you are playing in a group? The cc from Blind might prove to be more useful in a group than the alternatives.
Alternatives would include Deadly Reach:Foresight + Combination Strike passive for a permanent 49% damage boost with heal, Seven Sided Strike for huge burst and added invulnerability, Wave of Light as a spirit dump (it won't do crazy amounts of damage like with a Skorn, but still quite a bit). Also, in group play you could try Cyclone Strike with reduced cost or more aoe. It got nerfed to pull only 8 enemies recently, but its still strong. Depending on your other characters, your party might benefit a lot from clumped up enemies.
Also, some other suggestions for your build: The group invulnerability sounds nice on paper, but 1 second is way too short imo, its just not worth it. It is usually better for your allies to take care of their own survivability instead of relying on your spell. Healing Mantra + Guiding Light provides a nice team buff, but if you do it, use Time of Need rune for 20% resistances instead, its far more potent than 10% more vitality. Also, Overawe would contribute a lot more damage for the team without using a passive slot, so I would only use MoH+Guiding Light if you already have a Monk using Overawe in your party.
The group I'm playing with at the moment is a monk friend. Our DPS is quite good at the moment (I'm sitting at 170K with BoH and Guiding Light where he's 10K behind) but our durability is a bit low. Both of us are below 600 resists and somewhere at 4,7K armor. We find it best to use 2 defensive auras and take a careful and slow approach when it comes to uber bosses (we managed to down all of them on MP9, gonna try MP10 tonight) and that is the reason we can't afford Overawe (and trust me, we are WoW players who played DPS classes for the past 8 years of game we enjoy big numbers more than everything ).
