I just killed Inferno Belial today after a few nights of attempts, so I wanted to see how we compared in this fight. Although this video was shown at a few times the normal rate of speed, I could vaguely tell what kind of damage you were putting out as well as the damage you were taking. I will concede that your dps may be deemed low with your "poor gear", but you more than made up for it in soaking damage.
I mean, wow. This fight took me so long to conquer because I could not make nearly as many mistakes as you did, especially in phase 3. You took claw hits and green explosions like a guy who has OVERgeared this fight. I do not mean to come off as so negative, but I have to admit that I am still quite bitter at this boss.
Let me give you a rundown of how the progression of this fight worked for me. P1 - avoid getting surrounded by nagas or I simply die and keep up my dps or I become overwhelmed. P2 - spam my evasion mantra when I have the spirit so I can avoid as much of Belial's damage as I can and dodge the 3 green orbs while killing nagas for health orbs. P3 - this took the longest for me to beat. Not because I could not do the green explosion dance, but because everything in that phase besides his sweeping breath one shots me. Basically, I had to play perfectly with almost no mistakes in that last phase. When he finally died, I felt like I just beat the game. Then I realized I still have two more acts that I am DEFINITELY undergeared for.
For those curious, my stats are something like this.

Yes, i just sad ''poor gear'' cuzz most people are saying that only with rly GOOD gear you can do stuff, the thing is that i did all elite packs with that, but as u sad, on my first belial inferno kill, i had even less gear, and i couldnt aford making mistakes, that video was to make a point that with that gear (normal gear), u can do stuff.
On my first kill i had to do a perfect fight as well, and u are right, on that kill a just facerolled, and made a lot of mistakes
