I tires playing Morrowind..it was just too terrible.
I hate tutorials that offer absolutely nothing. Like the Heroes of Might and Magic 3 tutorial..what the fuck man ?
Games that start out terribly..i.e Icewind Dale 2. Look at Diablo 2..your first mission is to fuck up demons in a gloomy Den of Evil..I mean how fucking awesome is that?
Double jump..how the hell can a character squeeze his knees mid air and gain extra altitude?
Loud sound of footsteps..how many of you make the sound "TUK TUK TUK TUK" whilst walking? Seriously..this is annoying

Hmm, then what do you really like? Other than Diablo, of course.
lol not duriels mother-in-law, hell if youve seen one bug youve seen em all, what about the cross-dressing buthcer? Then it isnt a vagina monster, its "Ah... Fresh cock!"
Unreal, Blood, Heroes of Might and Magic 3: The Shadow of Death, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Sonic, NBA Hangtime, NBA JAM, Need for Speed, Bioshock, Prince of Persia, Midtown Madness, Ninja Gaiden, NBA Street Vol. 3, Fifa Street, Sega Soccer Slam, SSX, and such.

I hate more then anything these games that are beautiful and amazing graphics and life-like sounds and sound affects....and the story/plot is nearly non-fucking-existant...
Pisses me off to no end... Hell, at least you fucking save the Princess in Mario and Zelda. At least give us something...
-.-
Could you please give me an example of this game? I honestly can't think of any that don't have any story at all and have amazing graphics. Now i agree that graphics dont make the game great no matter its other parts, but graphics are very nice and undeniably important IMO.

1: Sequels
2: Generic Plots
3: WWII (thank god for you CoD 4!)
4: Pretentious indie games with nothing but art style that somehow get good press
5: 90% of the Japanese game industry as of right now
6: Motion controls
All the reasons I don't own a Wii and will never buy Nintendo games again. Ruined some of the best series of games just because we now have stupid control scheme.

I really loved the original unreal...seems like everyone has forgotten that game since the tournament series started
I certainly haven't. Unreal 1 is easily the best game ever in relation to when it was released.

making a sequel that ruins the series b/c of so many changes (diablo 3)
I agree this ruined a lot of series. Diablo? Uh... well, we'll see, but I don't see anything going the wrong way, you just have hardcore expectations.
Unreal is one of those that went downhill from the begining. Unreal 1 is easily the best. UT99 is very good, but its already a step down overall. UT2004 too, looked like a joke, but it was still pretty good... and now UT3. What a joke of a game. And good graphics? Give me a break, that game hurt my eyes.
EA took over a lot of things and is constantly raping an enormous amount of games and series. C&C, anyone? The latest Red Alert is probably the biggest joke in gaming history in my eyes.
Its definitively a trend to ruin series of games. There is little left I care about thats not yet doomed. Diablo is one of them.

I'd rather have 8 bit graphics and a good story/gameplay then one of these pieces of art that you can't play worth crap. These games clog up all of the shelves in the stores, and then you get these 8 year olds who buy them and force the makers to make sequels. Halo is a perfect example of this.

I do agree there are many MANY bad Wii games, but there are many bad games on all the consoles, as well as the Computer. :/

I still fail to see your point. good graphics dont make a bad game, they actually make it better, but yeah if the game sucks graphics wont save it. And as far as sequels go...nintendo is the king of milking sequels...which honestly I generally like, because mario (no story at all and none needed), zelda (decent story but not deep at all, very cliche, and repeats itself), and metroid (best of the three for stories) are awesome games. it's kind of like saying LoZOoT was bad because it had the best graphics of the time, but in reality it was the best zelda ever made, and the graphics only helped that. I guess im just failing to see what games you are talking about is all.
As for the motion control, it has its place in gaming, but I think it can never work for all game genres, and it certainly has created some bad trends in gaming. with the wii's graphic capabilities, motion controls, and the way it is advertised, its no wonder practiclaly all the games suck (except for nintendo, who even managed to kill mario kart lol). I just hope things change in the futur and nintendo offers the best of both worlds, cause zelda is one of the best series ever.
Anyway back to topic : P.
1) DLC that isnt really DLC but part of the game they kept hidden from you and made you pay for.
2) collectors editions that have in game content. I paid the price for your frikkin game now give me the whole thing!

Good list, though.
Price of Persia FTW!

Unreal as in the original unreal for PC?
Yeah..the Liandri Conflict for the X Box was grand as well, though.
