Also I'd like to turn everyone's attention to what is called the 'sunburst' machine, or N-machine. What is it? Well it proves there is such thing as free energy, because you get back more than 100% of the energy you put into it. Crazy? Nope, Tesla himself came up with the theory, the machine and eventually (kind of) found out how it actually works. Why don't we use it? Because too many companies would go bankrupt. Lame.
Pretty much it takes a good sized magnet, (I don't have the specifics) and while using some energy to rotate it (which after you get it going, will be its own energy), it somehow gives back anywhere from 101% - in some cases almost 500% energy. Many countries have made it, and there are youtube videos describing it. What was theorized (and we still don't know exactly why it works) is crazy:
Ever put two magnets together with the same polar region? Feel that invisible field? Obviously that field goes where the magnet goes right? Actually no, it seems (with what this machine proves) that the entire universe has one magnetic field (kind of like gravity) but we can't detect it unless certain objects, like the magnet, bring it out. The N-machine works because the rotating magnet actually rubs up against this field, which is stationary.
This is a huge breakthrough and I wish we could focus more on it, hell think of the potential. The only downside at the moment that I've read from the machine (and this can be easily fixed with protective plates around it) is that if there is another strong magnetic field close by the output of the machine is slowed down, but still maintains its >100% output.
What's the big deal you ask? It's free energy! After you get it going, it can power ITSELF and STILL put out energy!

GUESS WHAT GUIS, Einstien was mistaken on there being no possibility for time travel:
His theorem based on the fact that nothing in the universe can travel faster than light, and the only way to time travel would be to achieve that.
The only exception would be a black hole, whose gravitation pull is infinite, and will make objects go faster than light.
How is it infinite? well the 'singularity' of the black hole in the center is actually existing in the 4th dimension, where objects can be at the same place at the same time (think of WoW characters standing on top of each other). Because of this there is actually ZERO mass (everything is on top of each other) while it has an infinite density (IE: where the gravity comes in). Well because of the infinite part, Einstien deduced there is nothing we can ever make that can withstand the pull, because it keeps growing.
Well another physicist theorized (by having a giant brain) that because the black hole is rotating, the singularity isn't at the center, but being pushed to the edges. This would mean that the center would have a FINITE mass / density, meaning that if we build a ship strong enough, it can pass through. Now whether the other end (the 'white' hole) is either in another place in our universe, or in another dimension / universe obviously is unknown. BUT, if time travel is possible (aside from some crazy theories I've read about that actually make sense) The finite center of a black hole would be the place to check it out =D
A few issues I have with this. Light cannot escape a black hole. In order for a ship to escape a black hole, it would have to travel at faster-than-light speeds, which would require more energy then the Universe has. As for the Black Hole, there is no "White Hole" as a Black Hole is a collapsed neutron star, which means that it is a super dense core of a star. Anything past the Event Horizon is going down to the core (The rest of the star is jettisoned when the Black Hole is created).
That being said, there actually is a legit theory for Time Travel when taking into consideration String Theory, via use of Worm Holes. Just not backward in time, only forward.
And if I got any of that wrong, the scientists on the forum will correct me, I am certain.
Yea, Bill gates is a KKK member, Jodie Foster is a Rapist, Bertrand Russel is a Skinhead, and Corporal Patt Tillman is a Terrorist.
What proof is there of these claims? They deny god, so obviously they are evil and KKK members, Rapists, Skinheads, Terrorists, and other foulness. Right? Right?

There is no free energy. The first two laws of thermodynamics -- which are such strong scientific concepts that they are called "laws" for a reason.
The first states bluntly that energy can not be created or destroyed (as it only ever changes form). The second states that without outside intervention, entropy in a system tends to increase (it becomes more chaotic).
The N-machine is just as much of a hoax as all other perpetual movement machines.

String theory is just a load of bollocks. It was the hot topic and now it's slowly dying as scientists have tried to find any evidence for it -- to no avail. It is just math, and seems to be incorrect.
There is no need for a wormhole for traveling to the future. All you need is a concept called "time dilation", which makes time go slower the faster you go. All it takes to travel to the future is to move close to the speed of light, and after you stop, you are in the future (since time for the rest of the universe has moved a lot faster).
Wormholes are theoretical devices that are theoretically possible that would allow travel back in time, but they're 100% hypothetical.
Ok first thing you got wrong, this is 'not' a perpetual motion machine, those are two COMPLETELY different things. These are not hoaxes, look them up. You can even build one yourself to find out. http://www.brucedepalma.com/n-machine/
What this does, that i've already explained, is rotates a magnet and harnesses the energy that it creates. This happens because the magnet rubs up against the magnetic field that is the whole universe, and puts out energy (more than the energy requires to turn the magnet). The reason there are only some spots with a magnetic field is only certain objects bring the field out, it actually exists in sub space.
Second of all, quit regarding everything you've read from the start of time as fact. The only 'fact' that we know is that with all our knowledge of physics and the universe, we know almost nothing. Try opening up your mind to think ahead instead of closing your mind to think in the footsteps of others.

Well technically you're both probably atheists, concerning say Zeus, or any other number of gods. And it's absolutely plausible to say the majority of "moderate," christians are de-facto atheists even as it concerns the holy trinity. Of course the ultimate universal atheist, would be remissed not to more accurately label themselves agnostic or simply humanist.
So really, we're all atheists. Some are simply ceased to be theist in regard to their childhood or regional god(s) aswell.

"We are all atheists. I just happen to believe in one less god then you do."
Don't remember who said that, but I think it's fitting.
I just about made one of my old bosses quit once because I kept referring to him as Atheist. o.O Lol. (Not my fault, he's the one that doesn't believe in Allah!)
If backwards time travel was possible, the only thing I would be concerned about would be any sort of "butterfly effect."
That's the main problem with reverse time travel. If I remember correctly, according to String Theory (Yes Don, I know you don't like it, but I'm still referencing it. ) If you were to make a wormhole time portal and it was going backwards, it would implode on the minute of creation.
Theories that can be empirically questioned, studied, refuted, and revised are about as close to truth as you can get. Certainly there is no truth in religion by comparison where the rational mind is repeatedly told that it won't be needed.
Some things in science can be true, that is as close as anyone can possibly get Science wouldn't exist if there was a way to definitively determine that X statement is true, and since there is no such way there will always be a chance that something else is the truth, or closer to it.
I think we're mis-labeling science as though it were simply a subject or subjects of study. The meaningful advances that mankind has made about the "truth," of our existence, origins, and surroundings in the universe are entirely the product of rational discourse and what might, in modernity, be called the "scientific method," for lack of a more apt description. Furthermore, we have to concede that we do not simply test if X is true, but simply think, test, observe, and repeat this process as we inquire into the nature of X. If we come closer to the "truth," in this time it is entirely possible, but when it comes to advanced subjects it's more often that we'll find more questions to follow up on than answers.
But this is, going all the way back to the Socratic method here, the beauty of "science." An absence of the concept of absolute truth combined with the continued discourse that can amend and expand our understanding of the world around us. This is the wisdom of science and what makes the rational inherently skeptical of religions who claim to have access to a "truth," which no rational mind could possibly confirm or refute.

Nope

Yeah, that's about the size of it. It came out of Sam Harris' books and lectures, but I wouldn't assume he was the first to coin the phrase.
